Absolutely love this place! The vibes are immaculate and the customer service was amazing and everything came out quickly. I could tell everything was made with care and effort. I got the osmanthus latte and it was delicious! Perfectly balanced bitter and sweet. The house made cookies paired nicely with this drink. I will be back!

No, no… the drinks are definitely good, please remember to order with half sugar. I’s sad that don’t have a chance to get the entrees. But … but the waffle… please don’t waste your money, do it your own you save $15 and I promise you won’t get worse to anywhere. I am crying.

Positive First impressions are important. This was not a positive first impression. Their food could be amazing. The atmosphere is fun. Their service is awful. I took pictures of the place and they failed to clean 5 spots close to the front of the door.

I’ve had the pleasure of visiting HideOut cafe on a Saturday morning for brunch with my friends, I’m very impressed with the items they have on their menu. I got the avocado toast and a Latte. It’s so hard to get good coffee now a days, but HideOut does it right. I’ve been paying attention to how they pull their espresso and all their baristas are doing it wonderfully.

I wanted to love this place, but I waited for 2 1/2 hours to be seated even though there was multiple of seating open and they weren’t seating anyone. They were quite understaffed for the amount of volume that was coming through the door. Once I got seated they were out of everything I wanted. Which bothered me that they didn’t inform anyone. It took from walking in the door to get food 3 hours. The only thing good about the matcha waffles I got was the ice cream it self. The waffle was a bit hard cold and flavorless. This place isn’t worth the hype it’s been getting sadly!! I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Saw this cute little cafe that I wanted to check out and I’m so glad I did! I came in unsure of what I wanted but asked for something refreshing and light and the server recommended the Fresh Avocado Toast. The avocado was perfectly ripe and sunny side up egg was great, I loved how fresh everything was!
