This location is without a doubt one of our favorite Panera locations. Everyone is always friendly and very helpful. All the food is fresh and orders are put together quickly. I love to customize my salad order – it never looks like the original and is always made correctly. If you are hungry for Panera, look no further.

Went in for takeout. The”team lead” took our order. He came up and literally just stayed quiet, didn’t even get a “hello” just stared at us until we said something. What kind of customer service is that. He just made the whole place look bad to be honest.

Ordered lunch at 12:31, in restaurant order ready at 1:03. Over 30 minutes wait at Panera, and they weren’t really that busy. If there were training issues with food preparation personnel that should have been mentioned when ordering. Food was just ok. Never seen soup the color it was. Ridiculous.

Panera has always been the place our family goes after church for special occasions. Today, we decided to go for Father’s Day and get some bagels. We got there about 10:00 and there were only about 3 bagels left. They did have some other bakery items which we got, which were good, but not what we wanted. When I asked, they told me they sold out early today. I don’t know what is going on with this location, but I really feel as if it has been going downhill for a while now.

I actually can’t believe how bad the caesar salad I got last night was. Half of the leaves were soggy, and the croutons were so stale they were hard to bite. The entire thing was inedible.

I don’t know that I’ve ever been to Panera for dinner, but I was impressed by the sandwich I chose (chicken avocado something). The bread was thick and crusty, warm, and the sandwich was plentiful and filling. I got the “full” size thinking I would save half for lunch tomorrow, and that worked out as planned. It wasn’t cheap, but the restaurant was well kept and had a more moderate customer busyness level. Sit and relax while you eat and talk with friends.

This is Vincent Fayad’s wife. The food was good but while I was in the restroom, one of the food service folks came out of a stall and walked out of the restroom never washing her hands. She was one of the folks preparing food…kind of reminded me of a Seinfeld episode. Not washing your hands after using the restroom…NOT COOL!!
