Their store is nice and have a good customer service. However their coffee doesn’t taste good. It seems to be due to being overly roasted and burned. The burned taste in their coffee espresso/latte/ mocha is very overwhelming strong. There must be something wrong with their coffee makers!

I eat here fairly regularly and wouldn’t do so if I didn’t think it was basically OK. They do have problems though. The get orders wrong. They overcharge you. They are either out of ingredients or don’t care how they make their items. I have the strawberry, poppyseed chicken salad often and it is good if uninspired, so I know what it should contain and today the pineapple and pecans were missing and there was no dressing on the salad. It’s just the minimum wage employees who don’t care.
