Whoever bought this franchise from whoever owned it some years ago needs an award. Place is clean up beat and happy. Workers are pretty friendly, sandwiches are typically correct and it all seems fresh. Overall decent location compared to what it used to be. Well done.

Absolutely disgusting everytime I set foot in there now I bring my two kids, who eat anything and they won’t even eat this. I loved the other manager. She made sure I got FRESH food!!! And with her they were so speedy, now I’m waiting 10 minutes or longer for one customer in front of me! The green hair women is always talking bad about the other employees. I’m not there to listen to their inconveniences I’m there for SERVICE. The jaffrey and Gardner location is so much better and faster!

This is my second time going to this location in a month. I usually don’t leave reviews but this is so frustrating. I hope someone sees this in management and does some training or something. First time I ordered here, my sandwich was completely wrong…bread was wrong, wasn’t toasted and all the filling was completely wrong. I ate it anyways and just let it go and chalked it up to a fluke. The second time I ordered here, I got all the way home and the bread was completely wrong and it still wasn’t toasted. I really don’t care…honestly, it’s not the end of the world but when I spend my hard earned money, I would at least like to get what I asked for…especially since I ordered on the app and there was no way for me to miscommunicate.

Had a turkey BLT sandwich with some mayo on Italian herb and cheese bread. Was a little bit dry and the veggies could have been fresher, but bread itself was good. Service was ok as the worker wasn’t very pleasant. Better alternative to greasy fast food though.

So I ordered a simple tuna sandwich with mayo and they didn’t have mayo and I wanted the sandwich without mayo so I can still have the sandwich at least and the manager refused to give me my sandwich without mayo. What’s so hard about that. I’m starving and was already waiting forever for my Doordash to show up. I’m very frustrated with how that was handled by the manager.
