I had an absolutely AMAZING experience at this Popeyes, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Mrs. D for providing truly exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, she was kind, welcoming, and so patient. She took her time making sure everything was correct, explained things clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect.
You can genuinely tell when someone cares about their job and the people they’re serving, and Mrs. D absolutely does. Her positive attitude, warm smile, and professionalism made my entire visit better than I could’ve expected. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, but the service is what really stood out and made this visit special.
I also want to say thank you so much for working during the holiday. It’s not easy being away from family and still showing up with such a great attitude, and it truly does not go unnoticed. Employees like Mrs. D are the reason people come back and why this location deserves recognition.
Popeyes is lucky to have her! Please give Mrs. D the appreciation she deserves — she made my day and turned a simple meal into a great experience. I will definitely be returning because of her outstanding service.

I have had good experiences in the past, but the last experience was not good. I ordered 4 spicy chicken sandwiches and they had an insulting amount of sauce on each sandwich. It looked like they just added 1 drop of sauce on each pickle and that’s it. It’s a shame because the chicken sandwich itself is very delicious. The lack of sauce made the sandwich dry. We event back to the store because 2 of the sandwich bags were in the classic bag not the spicy bag. The ladies in the front by the cash register assured us that they were all spicy. When we got home we were disappointed by the abysmal amount of sauce on all of them. The sandwich pictured below was the one that had the most sauce and it was still lacking. Please do better.

The food was great, fresh and hot as it should be. I got chicken strips and my fiance got shrimp and a sandwich. All hot, all cooked well. The service was fine, and the restaurant was clean and warm(in a good way). The price was fair for all we ordered and you can get good deals if you go on their website.

Just placed a pickup order on my Popeyes app. When my daughter got to the restaurant the food wasn’t ready. You would think in a 20 minute drive time they could have a small food order ready. You would also think byte food would be fresh. It was not. The bun on my chicken sandwich is so old that it is literally falling apart. You can see the bread is cracked, dry and literally crumbling. The fries were old and tasted of old frying oil. The chicken in the chicken sandwich was not fresh. It must’ve been leftover from lunch. It tasted old too. Just not good. This order was placed around 4:00 pm. I feel like I just wasted my money.

Went today at around 510 pm they were busy bc they were closed for a few days due to thier fryers being down. Hands down one of the best meals I’ve gotten for a while. The chicken sandwhich was cooked perfectly.

I ordered food on their app to be picked up in the drive-thru. When I got to the restaurant, it was closed with a sign in the window saying store closed. I then went to cancel my order but could only text with a robot. I finally got the order canceled. The $35 the app took for a closed store is gonna take 3-5 days before I can get it back. This is crazy I can’t get my money back instantly just like they took it. They could’ve at least offered me some free food for all the trouble they caused but no, their just gonna keep my money for 3-5 days. I will never use the app again and may not come back to this location.

We ordered a six-piece of garlic Parmesan wings, an eight-piece of standard fried chicken, a side of rice and beans, a side of mac and cheese, and, in addition to the biscuit that was supposed to come with the chicken, a second biscuit. We got charged for both biscuits. As was expected, both biscuits were chalk dry and required three tablespoons of butter a piece in order to stomach. The “garlic Parmesan” wings were EXTREMELY hot (like ghost pepper hot). The rice and beans side had no spice at all and was super bland. The fried chicken itself was okay, but we only got breasts and wings in all of our eight pieces, when they claimed that we’d get 2 each of breasts, wings, thighs and legs. Some dark meat would have been appreciated! We only got hot sauce in the bag, no honey, as we’d requested. The only thing we were really happy with was the mac and cheese.
And when we attempted to complain on the retailer website, we were told they “couldn’t address” our problem.
