When I approached the counter several people were standing talking and no one acknowledged me. Finally a young man greeted me, and he was very friendly. His kindness made up for how rude everyone was prior. However he did have an airpod in one ear and it seems very unprofessional.

I ordered “dine-in” through the app – the Spinach Artichoke Soufflé and a coffee. Two of the four coffee urns were gone when I got there. Food came about five minutes after the app said it was ready – no big deal, I wasn’t in a hurray. But what I got was about 25% smaller than usual, triangular vs. square. PLUS the price went up 13%, from $5.29 to $5.99. AND the bottom was soggy. I’m hoping the stomach upset I have now is not from the raw dough in the base.

Absolutely loving the Baguettes. My favorite so far is pepperoni/mozzarella. But I would like to add that something has been a little off lately. I am thinking some recipes have changed a bit for soup. Last couple of times just not as good. NOT bad, still good, just different. Albeit I did not have soup today. Today, even with banquette delicious, little sloppy put together. So between that and soups, 4 stars today. I will go back couple more times and revise my review, which I have confidence of returning to 5 stars.

I love panera! However I left this location the last couple times not knowing how i felt about it. I got a bowl of soup and the spoons never look clean. When i ordered at the counter, someone came to take my order with an airpod in. But hey, i get it. Just seemed a little unprofessional. When they asked me if i was dining in or wanted my soup to go, i responded with “dine in” and he gave me a “seriously?” kind of look on his face, head tipped down and everything. Just felt like I was an inconvenience to them for not wanting my soup and rock hard bread all over my car. Besides that, the staff typically seem personable, realistic, and friendly. Just was thrown off by that one comment. I’m sure it must’ve been a misunderstanding or a stressful day. Soup was still good regardless

I really hate leaving reviews like this, but here goes my family ordered dinner online and picked up. We were very disappointed. All the sandwiches were thin. I know this is silly but when the product description says toasted you expect toasted, but no. None of them were. We have eaten at other Panera’s (notably Troy and Lake Orion) and the food was great and made properly.

Very disappointed with how they handled our situation. Picked-up a to go order, brought it home to find half the order was missing. Called the store to see if they could deliver the missing items to us and that was not an option. Drove back to store to grab our food and they did not have anything ready and seemed to be clueless as to what was being talked about. Baffled at how poor this Panera customer service was.
