The quality of my sandwich that was made was just complete shit lol they completely messed up my bagel sandwich and they didn’t even add the leafy green stuff that’s supposed to go on. I am extremely disappointed I can’t really even eat it just because it’s does not look appetizing at all, and it does not taste the same without the leafy stuff on it. the manager over the phone did handle it very well. I’m going to post a picture of what it looks like just so that they know I’m not lying about this.

The employees are very nice and act like they care about their job. The food is really good and fresh. My favorite is the Italian sub sandwich- it’s so delicious. The monthly sip club membership is awesome and is definitely worth it- you get back what you paid for it after only a few days.

Seems clean and feels sanitized & fresh upon walking in… Employees seem to somewhat enjoy their jobs and being there. I joined the FREE SIPS CLUB and walked 6 miles for a 20oz. green tea/lemonade mix!

I really don’t get a feel for the atmosphere since I typically get take away, but the food is always fresh and tasty and the soups are amazing.
Unfortunately the last two visits were missing items. Once the French bread that comes with the soup, and the second, there were no bowls or spoons for the quart soup ordered. Not huge but an inconvenience for the customer. No, I’m not driving all the way back to pick them up.

Not bad. This location has many workers. Fast service! Nice smiles. Good experience. Food was excellent.
I had the bacon turkey. My wife had the turkey and my daughter had the spicy chicken. We also had broccoli soup. All four items were good.
Place was busy but this building is very wide and very Covid19 friendly. I do like the self serve pop. I really don’t eat at Panera bread, but I had a coupon.

Extremely rude staff. I ordered a “chicken avocado sandwich” at the drive thru but was unaware that there was two types, the chipotle version and BLT version. I received the BLT version without the staff asking to confirm which option. As I said above, I had no idea there was a BLT version. I don’t eat pork as it makes me sick. I went inside and told the staff that I received the wrong sandwich and they argued with me and said that was the one that I ordered. Definitely won’t be coming back here again and the disrespect was not necessary. I just simply wanted the other sandwich.

Ok. I like Panera. However, my drive thru and delivery orders are NEVER correct. Missing items. They’ve always replaced the missing items but it happens way too much. Including tonight. And. There was no salad dressing for my wife’s salad. So. I’m done. Way too costly to not get correct.

I got a half chicken salad sandwich. On the sandwich was more lettuce than anything and maybe a tablespoon of chicken salad.
Very is disappointing! The bread was cut so thin it was falling apart!

After waiting for over 15 min our food was not only cold the bread on one of our sandwiches was rock hard, a item ordered from the menu that was supposed to be as pictured and described as on a crossaint was also on bread. The Souffle which I order regularly from many other locations was not only cold but tasted raw. Plus no milk so we were unable to buy any drinks. What a waste of time and disappointment on inedible food.

Really Liked the place. I really enjoyed the spinach bacon Keish that was pretty tasty..
And as always the coffee is really good I had a mix of the dark and the light and it was almost perfect…
Service was pretty good..
