placed an order through the Panera app, carefully removing ingredients due to my daughter’s severe food allergies (milk and egg). The app allowed me to customize everything, and I removed both milk and egg products. Unfortunately, the sandwich we received had cheese in it, and the bread also contained milk. Even the ham was unusable because it was in contact with the cheese.
Because of this mistake, my daughter was left without breakfast. I’m deeply upset, as her allergies are severe, and these kinds of errors can be very dangerous. I’ve never had an issue with Panera before, but this time I felt there was a serious lack of care. For families who rely on allergy-safe options, this isn’t just a mistake — it’s a health risk.

Hardly any meat on sandwiches.
The first few times I thought it was a fluke, but they consistently put very little meat on their sandwiches. I measured this time an there’s just over an ounce of meat on a $9 sandwich.

I went in as I go to many Panera to get an orange scone but they looked like they had very little to almost zero frosting on them.
The manager came to me as I asked if they could put more frosting as I go to many Panera breads with no issues.
The manager very rudely said they put a measured amount which is false cause that means all the other Panera breads are doing them wrong which I would disagree!
The manager did not want to help me at all to please a customer as he rather be rude and send me on my way with not making the scone correctly.
I will not come back to this Panera as the bakers obviously do not know how to make there pastries correctly nor do they know how to treat people!
Very rude and disrespect to a customer that very frequents the Panera bread chain!

I’ve noticed the portions slimming for awhile now. But this is ridiculous! The price goes up and I eat less!?!? Definitely doesn’t look like the picture on the menu. Don’t be stingy Panera

Biggest complaint about this location is the LACK of outlets in the walls! Never seen a coffee shop/cafe with so few outlets for people’s computers and phones. Suggest strongly to remodel with more outlets.

This is my favorite Panera. The staff is super friendly and they work their tails off! My order is always correct and even when its busy they make sure to touch base and let me know that my order will be up shortly!
