My son works at this Panera Bread on Fourwinds Court so perhaps I’m a little biased in my ratings. However, if you go to Panera any evening of the week in my experience, you will receive tiptop service and super yummy food. I recommend the chicken and broccoli and some scones to take home.

Salad was great. The chipotle chicken flatbread was good too. The iced coffee was in a container next to the fountain drinks. Then all the coffee supplies were back at the register. I didn’t feel like the iced coffee was a quality product. The container holding the half-and-half was warm and I couldn’t discern the integrity of temperature control. It all felt left out all day.

I can’t remember a time my order was correct drive thru or online order. There aren’t a lot of quick breakfast options in the area so we choose Panera and it doesn’t seem like a good option anymore. Especially for the cost.

I ordered here for my family because, let’s be honest, there are not a lot of food options in Sunbury. And all I can say is “never again.” The food was late despite being ordered in advance. All of the sandwiches were skimpy and dry. Desserts were gummy and undercooked. The yogurt in the parfait tasted spoiled. My aunt asked if an item had nuts (she has a nut allergy). One of the servers told her it didn’t but it actually did…good thing she caught it. The food left a sour taste in everyone’s mouths and all were dissatisfied. When my mother and aunts went to pick up the order, the staff were also apparently very rude. Very disgusting; very disappointing.

Did an online order that had an hour prep time, got there with 9 mins to spare and they didn’t even start the order yet! Needless to say, the sandwiches were skimpy, the brownie was not edible and the Greek yogurt was spoiled! Definitely a disappointment!!! I’m not sure what’s up with the Sunbury chain restaurants, but they can never meet even the most mediocre food.

The service was good, the charged lemonade was good but the sandwiches were terrible. We had a toasted steak and white cheddar but didn’t know it was coming with pickled onions and horseradish and also the smoked buffalo chicken. Would not recommend either!

Waited 30 minutes for food, most disorganized Panera we have reviewed between the east coast and Ohio. Ran out of soup we ordered to be replaced by French Onion soup full of sugar and no cheese. Crew was trying hard but un organized. Not enough product supplies ordered causing huge problems. Be careful when ordering here. You will pay, wait a long time as they give preference to the drive through then run out of what you ordered.
