Stopped by about 8 at night to get a few Chai and sweets. Hard to tell it was open but tried the door and got in. Friendly service, a little slow considering we were the only ones there. Would stop again.

This is the part i need to tell 1st. I told mgr. About below. She was not concerned had no solution. Was condescending telling me there is no pa system and no table service as my food sits waiting to be pu while 4 employees standing around laughing chatting. Staff doesn’t tell you to wait for food. 1st time in with 5 people. Ordered and waited. 15 minutes later employee comes and says our name. Tells us our food has been sitting waiting for us. Cold soup. 2 more people ordered while we ate. Watch 15 minutes then I told them their food might be up there. Sure enough it was. Cold soup on a cold day. Not good.

The food and service were both okay,standard fare of Panera’s.
The biggest issue here is the upkeep.
They need to clean this place,It looks like no one cares about it.No one was wiping the tables nor were the floors clean.
The bathrooms are almost gross.Almost.
The sink area is filthy like it’s not been cleaned in a long time.The toilets are borderline dirty too.
As a food establishment they need to do a better job keeping them clean.
The staff were unfriendly to boot.

Used my free sip club to get a beverage. The restrooms were the cleanest I’ve seen anywhere!!
They have a nice drive through- did I say they have a drive thru!!! Heck yeah!

They can make regular menu items fine, however they can’t read customized orders. Also, their cafe hot water for tea is ice cold.

Waited 30 minutes for food, most disorganized Panera we have reviewed between the east coast and Ohio. Ran out of soup we ordered to be replaced by French Onion soup full of sugar and no cheese. Crew was trying hard but un organized. Not enough product supplies ordered causing huge problems. Be careful when ordering here. You will pay, wait a long time as they give preference to the drive through then run out of what you ordered.

We stopped in to this location yesterday at 11:20 am to get lunch. There were people in line inside but the door was locked. We knocked and eventually a girl standing in line (not an employee) came to the door and said that “they are not taking any more orders right now”? It was 11:20am!? And why couldn’t an employee come out and explain to the four of us why others were in line inside? Poor business practice, and weird! Put a sign on the door if there is an unexpected problem.

More expensive now, yet their portions are getting smaller and smaller! Drive thru was a little on the slow side but understandably it happens. Food itself was missing items on the sandwich. Understanding there is a shortage of employees and products for this establishment. This means patrons need to patient with their feelings and hunger.

What a poor experience!
They messed up my whole order. Waited for an hour just to be disappointed. I was craving for some mac and cheese in a bread bowl, huh I just received the empty bread bowl without any meal in it , ordered broccoli soup size bowl , received cup size . Service is poor!

Coffee and bread were delicious. Staff were friendly and efficient. No issues here, highly recommend.
