Overwhelmed by Bucees during a road trip between ATL and CLE, we detoured here for a lunch break. Y’all, awesome. Ordered through the kiosk and went all in with a Pick Two + cookie + drink. Everything was delicious. The food was fresh and seriously delicious (Tuna sandwich, Caesar salad, Asian salad w/ chicken, Caprese Pesto sandwich, Kitchen Sink Cookie). Dining area was spotless and outside patio was nicely shaded when we were there. Bathrooms were also clean, which we especially appreciated. Lots of parking and a drive-thru option for those on the go. If you need a midway stop that isn’t chaotic AND delicious, or if this is your backyard this is your spot.

As always, the food was delicious. Our visit was at 7:15pm and the restaurant was not busy… perhaps 6 occupied tables total. We ordered … (2)!you pick 2 and one drink from the menu spending $27 and change. Not a cheap dinner, so we expect a clean environment. Standing in the order line, the floor was sticky when you lifted your feet… ick! The dining room however, was honestly disgusting. We approached no less than 7 tables that were strewn with remnants of people’s garbage… napkins, straw wrappers, and garbage under the disposal counter easily seen. Carpet that needs a thorough cleaning and crumbs from leftover meals on tables and the floor. When you spend $27, I expect a clean dining room. They had plenty of folks working and it was a crunch time. Not sure I’d visit this Panera again… disappointing!

I absolutely love this place! The portions are great. The service is friendly. Soup comes in cup and bowl size.. The cup is a standard bowl size, a bowl is a decent sized bowl. And comes with a decent size side of bread. I ordered a chicken sandwich and soup not knowing that cause it was my first time there, I left stuffed but satisfied. I highly recommend the broccoli and cheddar soup! It’s a great, healthier place to go especially when you’re not feeling any fast food. I got a chocolate chipper cookie and toasted chocolate bagel to go. Both was super good! I will be back.

The general manager, Matt, offered us spectacular service today. We were traveling through, and stopped at this location to grab our Unlimited Sip Club drinks. We decided to go ahead and change our toddler’s diaper, and while I was washing my hands, she threw away her sippy cup in the bathroom trash. No way was I going to dig for it! I left the bathroom and told my husband what happened, and Matt overheard. He was on break, but he jumped up and said he had heard what happened. He offered to go into the bathroom and dig out the sippy cup from the trash, and to take it to the back to wash it well, so we could fill it and continue on our trip with a happy toddler. What a help and blessing this was! He went way above and beyond.

I’ve worked here for over three weeks, and it’s unprofessional. Management allows employees to cuss, and talk poorly about other employees through the headsets, which is really unprofessional cuz if a customer were to hear them through drive thru. It wouldn’t go well. Managers have employees figure out where their money went if never received them during payroll. I have not received my last two paychecks, and they refuse to take time to sit down and figure it out with you. Prep is awful. They don’t allow prep employees help. I was prep. I had to prep 23 things that took almost my whole shift 7-1 or 2. Then I have to pull thaw from the freeze the exact same amount 23 items out. In total that’s 46 items that all have to be prepped/pulled in time from 7-2pm. Management calls you a liar when you tell them you did something exactly how you were trained. Every fast food restaurant, preps a little different. I just prepped the way I was trained and yet I get called a liar when asked if I KNEW exactly what I was suppose to do, and how to do things. I worked at Culvers as prep for 2 years. And yet I get called a liar for “not knowing how to prep.”
