I’ve had the worst cold and had been craving chicken noodle soup. Went last night ordered the chicken avocado BLT with broccoli cheddar soup that my husband said was amazing, I had my usual turkey bacon bravo with chicken noodle soup which was amazing as well. So good that I was like let’s have it again tonight, it was great comfort food. Idk what happened over night, but it’s horrible! They used different bread for the sandwiches, my bravo was toasted, (never is)missing tomato, and just tasted burnt and completely different. The chicken noodle soup has hardly any chicken. His chicken BLT was bland and made with horrible bread. The bread for the soups could literally knock someone out. When also got 2 Mac and cheese for the kids and they said it wasn’t as good as last nights, like it wasn’t fresh and noddles were super chewy. When I spend $60 something dollars, I expect it to taste like it. Completely frustrating.

The service is usually decent but I’ve never been to a restaurant which consistently is out of something. Could be tomatoes, butter, CUPS! Seriously, its always something. Plus their soft drinks are inconsistent. The Pepsi rarely tastes like it should. Not sure how any of this can be possible for such a popular restaurant chain.

Came in for the Asiago stack and they only had two kinds of bagels no Asiago. Bunch of boxes with bagels were sitting in the open. Customer service was horrible. If you have something advertised you should make sure your stores have enough supply. Tables were not clean had crumbs on almost all tables. Floor was dirty looked liked hadn’t even vacuumed. I drove a good while to go to this place and very unhappy with service.

I went there at around 1:45 pm. Ordered a broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl. Why did I spend from 2:30pm (after it was eaten) til about 1Am this morning with the meanest stomach aches. Throwing up non stop with a stomach pain that I couldn’t fathom. Now I’m stuck between whether or not I have food poisoning or a viral infection. This has NEVER happened to me eating here. Please check on your food before u give it to someone.

Spent $60 for three adults and 3 kids meals the baguettes were so hard you could not even eat them so I found someone to help and she cut up a fresh loaf which iwas harder (stale) than the first. The quality of food has really gone down and the bathrooms were disgusting. I would not recommend.

I absolutely love this place! The portions are great. The service is friendly. Soup comes in cup and bowl size.. The cup is a standard bowl size, a bowl is a decent sized bowl. And comes with a decent size side of bread. I ordered a chicken sandwich and soup not knowing that cause it was my first time there, I left stuffed but satisfied. I highly recommend the broccoli and cheddar soup! It’s a great, healthier place to go especially when you’re not feeling any fast food. I got a chocolate chipper cookie and toasted chocolate bagel to go. Both was super good! I will be back.

We have enjoyed stopping for your coffee for years as it’s easy in and out and the coffee was GOOD. Today at this location there were two coffee machines. They took more time and the coffee is not nearly as good. Please go back to the pump pots

Terribly slow service and still got the order wrong. Also the chicken and wild rice soup I ordered was terrible, basically all broth and carrots. Waste of 60 bucks for 3 mediocre sandwiches and some “chicken broth”. Save your money this location sucks.

I have never gotten an order here, dine-in or take out, that has ever been correct. There is always something incorrect or missing in every order. The staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. The food is average Panera quality, if you get what you ordered.

Overwhelmed by Bucees during a road trip between ATL and CLE, we detoured here for a lunch break. Y’all, awesome. Ordered through the kiosk and went all in with a Pick Two + cookie + drink. Everything was delicious. The food was fresh and seriously delicious (Tuna sandwich, Caesar salad, Asian salad w/ chicken, Caprese Pesto sandwich, Kitchen Sink Cookie). Dining area was spotless and outside patio was nicely shaded when we were there. Bathrooms were also clean, which we especially appreciated. Lots of parking and a drive-thru option for those on the go. If you need a midway stop that isn’t chaotic AND delicious, or if this is your backyard this is your spot.
