Well, this time I order ahead beverage was almost ready. It didn’t taste the best, but I didn’t die. I like the drive through but I wish it was just a little more efficient with the order ahead process on the app. I wish they would learn to make iced coffee, rather than iced milk with a splash of coffee in it.

The food was delicious and we had wonderful friendly service. The manager came out to ask if we liked the food and as he walked around the dining area he interacted with the staff and was very nice to them as well. Very professional. I highly recommended it.

Wow!! What could I say… They’ve really cleaned up the place. They weeded the bad employees with terrible attitudes and hired a bunch of courteous employees. I had bad service before but now it’s like a 180°. What makes the difference is the new management.

Went to give them a second chance because I recently had oral surgery & soup is the best choice for me at the moment. “Fool me once, shame on you! Fool me twice, shame on me!” Yep, my fault for trusting them one last time. I work in Food & Beverage currently, and I have for the last 26+ years. It always pissed me off when when you pay full price, and your “to go” container (in this instance, a BOWL of soup) is an inch or more from being full. That is deceitful business & horrible value. Also, both times, they were ironically “out of baguettes” that accompany the soup! Substitute was an apple, not gonna work for me here. Out of bread? “BREAD” is in your Name! ♂️

I dislike giving negative reviews, but this was too much. Took visiting family to dinner here. I began to order soup but they were out of bread, including the soup bowls. Ordered a salad but switched to one that didn’t need avocado since they had none. Diet Pepsi came out clear. Cashier said she would have someone check in back to look for soda syrup. Ordered flatbread pizza since nothing else seemed to be available. Sauce watery. Portions always small and over priced. Felt sorry for cashier. Meals came up quickly. Felt like a 3rd world experience. Will not be back.

Was happy as can be when I showed up and my food was ready and waiting in the pickup area! The food was literally the problem. My chicken frontega had barely any chicken on it and the little it did have I had to dip into my chicken noodle soup just so I can feel like it was chicken noodle soup! I had no idea this was going to be a $5 cup of broth with one carrot no chicken, or noodles. Really not a big fan but was wanting some soup for my wife as she wasn’t feeling good but this was a letdown. Definitely not going to make me run out and go back there anytime soon for 40 bucks I’m sure I can find a half a sandwich and two cups of broth somewhere else that are actually soup!

Panera bread on Manatee Ave is the best of all I have visited. The food is always good but the personnel at this particular one is what made the extra difference. They were welcoming, helpful and accommodating. Excellent Panera Bread location. Hope you get the chance to enjoy.

I got a bearclaw and it was dry and hard, asked to exchange for a different fresh pastry and was told no. I would have to buy the new one. I did and left the 95% bear claw. Check the Yelp reviews, this place is consistently bad.

Staff very friendly. But not very good at lunchtime. So. Hardly any soup in the soup bowl… just mushy bread. Sandwich had wrong ingredients, and order not fully fulfilled . My office is right opposite but not so keen for my favorite place for myself and staff. Very expensive for a marginal meal.
