Good food and good service. It was a bit slow but they were slammed right at lunch time. Very busy and it’s your typical Panera. Not much difference between them except for the really new ones off 54. Those are super nice. The sips club membership is pretty good deal.

Sunday morning visit on not busy day. Bought ice a coffee and sausage egg cheese sandwich. Service from cashier was great. She was very welcoming. Nice location with laid-back people. Would recommend over other locations.

Rotting lettuce in my food. Store was a mess and very dirty. My feet were sticking to the floor where you had to wait for food. Definitely won’t be back

Cashier was very sweet and service was fast but for $15 the quality was bad. A lot of my lettuce was slimy and gross and my salad was SWIMMING in dressing. And idk what they make the tuna salad with now but it tastes like straight vinegar. Yuck. The “charged lemonade” was good.

I love going to Panera bread but I always notice one thing when I go into any Panera Bread location. It is always short-staffed on the front counters. The poor manager was having to work the coffee bar and when I walked in, there was a very long line and it wasn’t even lunch rush. There was only one girl behind one open register. She was simply amazing. I don’t know her name but she had a smile on her face, greeted every customer, asked how they were doing and had butterfly tattoos on her arm. GIVE HER A RAISE!!! She deserves it!! She took it all in stride and handled every person’s order, perfectly! The coffee was great. The baked goods however were not so great. They were hard and dry from sitting out all day under the glass. There has to be a better way for you all to store these and only keep ones out to be used for demos. I was rather disappointed. I had a blueberry scone and it wasn’t as fresh as it should have been. Other than that, our experience was great.

Food is always good. I’m a full blown Celiac so it’s difficult for me to chance eating out. This location was having a bad day, they accidentally had a few low mein noodles in my Fuji salad, yeah, I would’ve had a bad full blown attack bc my body cannot even handle cross contamination. When we ordered my daughter specifically asked for the $1.00 deserts you can get along with the meal. I don’t know anything about it but I was standing there. The cashier rang us up for a full cheese ring which was very expensive. The wonderful manager took care of it immediately. It wouldn’t have been so bad but with both things happening it spoiled the mood when we were finally able to eat. My daughter’s soup was cold while politely waiting for them to redo my cold salad. I have to say this isn’t the first and probably not the last time a Panera location has messed up my salad by adding something that would get me sick for 1-3 days. All locations need to be better about this issue. If they don’t, they should designate one employee to do the specialty . It’s a practice McDonald’s was doing as far back as 30 years, I know from first hand experience.

I love the food here. There’s more variety of ingredients than your typical “fast food” store. Join the SIP Club. Save money and get free benefits.

Breakfast time and made a decision to go to Panera. I can’t answer why. I just felt like it on this particular day. This one tends to be a nice and clean location. The staff is generally friendly and polite. And a plus! Not crowded at all around 7am on a Tuesday! Woo hoo! I ordered a sesame bagel toasted with cc. And I also got a bacon, egg and cheese on a brioche bun. Delicious. However, if you order at the counter, they will prepare your bagel while the sandwich is prepared in the kitchen area. So, I had to get my food from 2 different areas. Not a big deal but they should of told me that. I stood in the kitchen area and had to ask the guy where my bagel was. By the way, I thought the cashier was too businesslike and not casual and friendly. Again, not a big deal as she wasn’t rude or disrespectful. Overall, go to this Panera location and enjoy.

The normal associates are semi pleasant. One gentleman named Nathen helped me out. very sensible and respectful. The managers are a different story. I asked a specific question that understandably not every employee may know and i understand that but the manager would not even address the associates. When the gentleman finally did get an answer i Believe Stephanie it was decided to take matters into her own hands. she was very disrespectful and seamed like she didn’t want to be there whatsoever. After the problem was fixed she decided she was going to go full hands on. She was very passive aggressive and tossed my receipt
