I never have a good experience here with the staff. Today I got a bagel, wasn’t cut in half or toasted. Just a cold bagel. The time before I pre ordered over an hour before for a certain time, my drinks were made but I waited 45 more minutes standing there. I asked why other people were getting there’s that were there after me. They said they ran out of the potato soup. But they couldn’t just tell me that. Then when I chose a different soup, I asked if they could remake my drinks because the ice was melted and the one lady had an attitude, the other employee made new ones, then the one with an attitude threw my stats in the bag. Most of the employees act like their jobs are a burden, never friendly. They need new staff.

People sometimes wonder why businesses go under. I have seen an incredible declined in Panera bread. And here’s a great example. I was asked to use the kiosk instead of somebody taking my personal order. So Customer Service is a zero.
And then you get your normal pick a two that you haven’t had in a while, and it’s smaller portions, both in the soup and the sandwich. See photo.
Disappointed that cups bread everything has become small, smaller portions, yet the prices are higher.

The experience was disappointing from start to finish. The place feels extremely basic and lifeless, with no atmosphere or identity. The food is as simple as it gets and doesn’t justify the price in any way. Nothing stands out, and even the menu presentation is poor, with no visible or appealing options that invite you to order. It feels like a location that operates on autopilot, offering the bare minimum. Overall, it isn’t worth the visit and I wouldn’t recommend it.

I. Am. Pissed. This pathetic little salad was $15?? No protein added (I forgot that’s even MORE $$) and they couldn’t ever bother to cut up the cherry tomatoes. And I’m sorry but this is what you consider a WHOLE salad now? I’m honestly frightened to see what they consider a half salad. I haven’t even taken a bite yet. I used to get the green goddess Cobb with chicken pretty often and yeah it was expensive but at least it filled me up. Just go out of business instead of ripping people off. Panera has officially lost my business.

I think I’m officially done with the Panera Bread in Jupiter, FL. I cancelled my Panera subscription a while ago because of constant issues at this location—slow service, wrong orders, missing food, and rude staff. But today, my kids were hungry and I gave them one more chance. I wish I hadn’t.
I placed my order 15 minutes before arriving and was given a 10:00 AM pickup time. When I got there, my order was still “prepping.” Meanwhile, the line was barely moving, people were giving up and switching to the kiosks, and the whole place just seemed… chaotic.
But here’s the part that really pushed me over the edge:
When my order finally showed as completed, it still didn’t come out. I saw a bag with my name put down behind the counter and politely asked if I could have it. The woman behind the counter (who I later learned was the manager, Megan) snapped at me and said, “I am speaking to a customer and don’t need to hear you.”
Excuse me?
As a paying customer, to be spoken to like that is disgusting. Especially by the manager. And the food? Lukewarm by the time we opened it.
And this wasn’t the first issue. There have been so many times where I’ve placed online orders, gotten home, and found items missing or made incorrectly. Every time I’d call to fix it, I’d sit on hold waiting for a manager… and then the call would eventually disconnect. No resolution. No follow-up. Just frustration.
At this point, I’m honestly not surprised the customer experience is this bad if the attitude at the top is what I experienced today.

Definitely the slowest Panera I’ve ever been to. They gave me less than half a container of salad dressing on one occasion. The food’s still fine, but if this were my only experience with the brand, I wouldn’t be very happy.

Placed an online order this morning at approximately 7:30 AM. Estimated time to be ready with 745. I showed up at the store at 7:45. My name was the first on the order list on the screen. At 8 AM my order still wasn’t up and at 8:05 it still wasn’t up at this point. There are 10 orders on the screen 4 to 5 customers in the store and multiple customers requesting refund be due to this poor service. One person was eating breakfast and back one person was doing some type of marketing or playing with signs upfront and there was someone just walking around not helping prepare the orders. No communication as people are sitting there waiting for their orders in these employees know that they’re extremely behind and processing orders. I would find it just plain courtesy to update people they’re standing in the store. It may have avoided multiple customers request requesting refunds. Please use this to improve your stores processing quality. I won’t be shopping here anymore, but hopefully you can help future customers.

Is it just me or is this a ridiculous lack of egg in my ciabatta egg and cheese. Literally the thinnest line of egg I’ve ever seen. Not like the picture they advertise and not the way they used to make it..

Second time I come into this Panera and experience is just not good. First time they wouldn’t serve me breakfast because we missed it by one min and that’s ok but they did an exception for the person behind me even after they told me no. Today I decided to give them second chance because every other Panera is great, well I get here and manager is having a full on conversation with what seems to me an employee who’s off but is in for breakfast mind you I waited long enough to know this persons entire weekend and how she got drunk and didn’t have any food and parking was so bad where she was. Like excuse me get out of the way there is a whole line and you are blabbing away and manager should have politely asked her to move aside but no he’s engaging. Then I proceeded to wait for my order which took another 10-12 mins for one breakfast croissant while this same person who was blabbing comes out from behind the kitchen, and the two kids doing the food are talking and a bunch of orders coming in. Nothing against Panera but please help this location.

I used to go to Panera all the time. I won’t go anymore because the portions are so small and it’s very expensive. I got a chicken sandwich and it had like 3 or 4 little chicken strips on it. It cost like $11 to eat this bread sandwich. No offense to the workers here. It’s not your fault. Owners, get your act together. You lost a loyal customer. Trump’s economy sucks.
