We have tried and tried to overlook the MANY mistakes that we have experienced with this location both with pickup and delivery orders- but it’s like no matter how many times we give it another shot (since we live so close), it’s a disappointment more often than not.

I placed an delivery order on the app. This order arrived quickly but was missing 2 sandwiches. I called the store to correct. The manager would not get on the phone. The young person told me I’d get a refund, but never even collected my name and hung up. I called customer service on the app. They promised a call from the regional manger who never called. I’m down over $25. I will never go to Panera again.

I’ve officially given up on this Panera location, the food quality is absolute garbage and I feel like I’m chancing getting food poisoning. I ordered a sandwich and had to throw out half as it consisted of chicken guts. It was appalling. (See photos) They forgot part of the ingredients on the sandwich and the bread was slimy. Got this to-go, asked for a side of sauce before leaving and the woman working the kitchen counter was rude and said “it’s on the sandwich”, and would not give it to me. I’m done spending my money here. 🙁

Terrible experience. People don’t listen. Repeated every item on order 4 times each. Made sandwich incorrectly. When taken back, Ian (assistant manager) responded “well we can’t take it back” . Panerai policies indicate that he needed to make one, he said its his discretion to make it and he won’t. Told me to leave. No problem Ian, I won’t set foot back in your restaurant. Nasty attitude. Nasty restaurant. I wish luck to your restaurant, Cavelli LLC. Your choice to employee such an individual, my choice to never spend a dollar with you or Panera again. Just a matter of time before this place goes under. Thanks Ian, your service will help you in the future.

My wheelchair bound father wanted me to get him a sandwich for lunch while he’s in a rehabilitation center, so I took his new service animal with me to panera so she could be out for a little bit. Got to the counter and a man walked up next to me so she barked to let me know someone was next to me as she would for my father. As soon as she let out a small noise to alert me, the “shift supervisor” DEVYN came over and asked me if she was a service animal and proceeded to tell me she was not well behaved enough to be a service animal. After she told me she wasn’t well behaved enough, I said well she’s a service animal, sooo. And then she asked me to LEAVE. When I proceeded to stand there and finish ordering my fathers sandwich, DEVYN told me to leave once more. I said maim this is a service animal so then she asked me for the license, in which I told her was illegal and asked her if I need to contact my fathers attorney. So thank you DEVYN, because I will never be going back to this Panera location again, it was so beyond rude. Thought it would be nice to get my fathers service animal out of the nursing center for 10 minutes and instead left panera extremely upset that I almost couldn’t even get my father his sandwich! She should be ashamed! Never ever had anyone tell me to leave an establishment with my service animal and tell me she wasn’t a service animal.

Half the coffee pots are empty. They’re out of almost all fountain drinks. AC broken, missed 3 out of the 8 orders. Yogurt parfait is a joke. Bad attitude. Manager was nice.
