Been going here for years. The staff is always friendly. They’re often on the younger side and perhaps could use better supervision to keep things running smoothly, but usually orders are correct and expedient. And of course, affordability is second to none. The dining area though is often dirtier than it should be, with detritus on the floors and crumbs on table tops. If this were kept clean, it would be a 5-star review.

Friendly, but that’s about where it stops. As a former Braum’s employee, the BA Elm location fails on a few points. The shakes are always VERY runny – must be about 3/4 milk. We live close and frequent this location, and I don’t think we’ve received one shake that was the correct consistency. Recently, they missed a burger on our order and messed up the fry size. Hoping somebody higher up will see this and make the necessary changes.

This another Braums with outstanding service, I got the biscuits and gravy combo and out of all the Braums in Tulsa and Broken Arrow this one actually served biscuits that weren’t hard I could actually cut them with the plastic fork and the place was immaculately clean considering they were very busy this morning . I’ve been to many Braums locations, but this was by far the most disappointing. My burger was very obviously microwaved, and was a total mess that looked like it got kicked across the room. Braums used to have good quality and presentation, but now it’s just like all other low quaity food that you find at any fast food place. Braums was so much better before they expanded and popped up everywhere.

Was not impressed with my order tonight. I asked for a chocolate shake and it had old chunks of either the chocolate syrup or ice cream. Shakes don’t have chunks like malts would have. And my fries were old and cold. This use to be a very good braums but sad how it’s gone downhill.

I cannot eat diary products anywhere else but Braums because I’m lactose intolerant. Braums is the one place I can have Ice Cream again and drink milk from that DOES “NOT” cause me issues. IF YOUR LACTOSE INTOLERANT, GIVE BRAUMS A TRY.
