This location sucks. I think it all comes down to poor training. They’re always out of stuff, place is always dirty, they never ever get my order right. When I order delivery they always put my cold salad on top of hot soup, which makes my salad hot. No matter how many times I ask them not to.

5 Stars! I work in the Canyon Town Center and I often come to this location for Breakfast and Lunch. So far everytime I’ve gone, the staff has been very friendly, helpful and kind. Amazing attitude and atmosphere. Most of all 9 times out of 10 they get your order out on time. I’ve ordered in store and rapid pickup and I’ve rarely had an issue with lateness or getting my order wrong. If they are ever late then I know it because they’re being slammed with a lot of customers but even when it gets busy I don’t wait long! It’s incredible! This location truly has an amazing staff. I used to work at Panera and I know that it’s not an easy job especially when they’re busy. They should all pat themselves on the back for doing a fantastic job 99.9% out of the time!⭐️

This parking lot is usually hectic & crowded (beware of reckless driving). I ordered a cinnamon roll & croissant, each were $2.99 individually. The cinnamon roll was fresh, tasty, & the perfect amount of sweetness. The croissant was flaky, light, & enjoyable. Staff were all amiable, polite, & accommodating! Overall, lovely experience!

This was SUCH a bad experience!!! Their manager treated me so disrespectfully. As soon as I walked in the store they told me “if ur not getting anything get the hell out” I felt so disrespected and offended. I went to go sit down and order my meal online because the line was very long and the MANAGER came up to saying things like u need to leave ur not ordering anything get out AS I WAS ORDERING MY MEAL ONLINE i then proceeded to tell her that that is not way to treat a customer she said if u don’t like it get out .I ordered my meal and left! Decent clean store in a decent neighborhood. But for some unknown reason they NEVER have hot GREEN tea. Seriously, Panera Bread? Additionally, wanted to follow up that this location is not getting any better. No paper towels in the bathroom, tea bags containers empty , no decaf coffee. I asked the manager to take care of the situation and his response was:”yeah,yeah..” And he just kept yupping about,football with,the customer for another 15 min. until I lost my patience and told him that,he be,reading about himself in my review.

Make sure you review your receipt, when ordered the You Pick 2 it’s supposed to be half of the items but they gave me the whole sandwich and charge me for the whole thing, didn’t realized it bc when I payed and asked for my receipt they gave me the merchant’s receipt instead of the customer’s so when we finished I did requested my receipt and that’s when I saw the charge of the whole sandwich

Staff has always been very nice to me. I suggest the steel -cut oatmeal at 340 calories with fresh strawberries, pecans, and cinnamon crunch for a delicious and healthy breakfast or lunch. They tell me they serve it all day! The pastries ,such as the pecan rolls, are very good, but at 720 calories each it is hard not to taste good! Maybe share them with other people!
