One of my top bakeries in this great country! The assortment of pastries, macrons, and coffee is out of this world. It is located on the charming Frankfurt Ave. with the train carving through Louisville just across the street. It is located close to some other delicious restaurants in a walkable neighborhood.

Not a Keto friendly astablishment but will cheat any day for the craving fix of delicious bake goods. The salads are excellent and the desserts the same. Great meeting place to hang and OH!!.. The coffee , strong an full of wake you up go gettness. The coffee is NOT watered down like most places, NO matter how you like it.

The Cobb Salad was amazing!! Wasn’t expecting it to be so huge. Very filling with bacon, avocado, egg, grilled chicken and tomatoes. This was my first time here and I will absolutely be back when I’m in this area. Great atmosphere and friendly staff.

This place is a fabulous cafe and bakery. The baked goods are fantastic quality and their breakfast menu is really delicious. The dinner room is pleasant and service is good. Their coffee is Illy which I don’t love, but it’s still coffee. Deft worth a visit. They are making the world a better place one pastry at a time.

First time in Louisville! Can’t go wrong with anything on the menu here at Blue Dog. The environment is casual and comfortable, I felt like a local. Poached eggs and breakfast burrito were delicious. My favorite was the smoked salmon pizza; usually smoked salmon is too salty for my taste but the quality was so high, there was minimal salt so you can taste the quality of the salmon. We got a breakfast pizza to go for later 🙂
