I use to work in this Panera bread and was too afraid to come out about how horrible the management is and how unclean that location was. if you value your health DO NOT EAT HERE! I’m so happy they’re closed. I hope they stay closed. I have proof of how dirty they are and how terrible I was treated there.

Can’t believe it but guess you can mess up a turkey sandwich. Asked for no tomato’s and onion. Got onions still. Which we all know red onions leave there taste. And I only got Mayo on one sandwich and the Spicy mustard on the other when both are supposed to have both on it and the amount of condiments was a joke. Very disappointed in y’all. They were slow too. No one was in there but three people. They were cleaning and still messed up a simple order. Sad!!! Don’t represent Panera bread well at all! Also got a chicken noodle soup noodle in my Broccoli cheddar soup for all y’all know I’m allergic to pasta. Not acceptable

Couldn’t make up my mind as to my order, they did not rush me, very pleasant group of employees. Once I did order, it was quick and fresh. Enjoyed the salad and soup. Very spacious Panera Bread one of the biggest I have seen. Very much enjoyed the jazz that was playing.

Out for an early lunch with my family. The line for the register grew quickly but the pro at the register remained calm and collected. The manager on duty stepped in, directed the rest of the team and we watched them smoothly and quickly move the orders out. We listened to them double-check the orders and stress the importance of communication between both lines. They did all of this with smiles.
