Quality went way downhill at Panera… I got the steak and cheddar sandwich and it was pretty flavorless and very small amount of meat in it. Most disappointing aspect was the fruit cup I got for my daughter and paid an upcharge for. Soggy, gross, unappetizing and probably previously frozen. It’s more expensive and lesser quality than other options.

The taste and quality of the food at Panera never disappoint. My only suggestion is that they need to make the food look like the pictures on the advertisement. We ordered the new Pepperoni Mozzarella ($10.59) and the Smoky Buffalo Cheese Melt ($9.60). Both didn’t have as many ingredients as the pictures. For the price I expected more.

I been visiting this location now for over 5 years. The new Karen behind the register tried to charge .99 cents for extra bread. Why? You gave me 3 free soda cups size large. I demanded my $32 dollar order refunded. Took my business somewhere else. Also pink hair does not look professional. This location is losing its touch and I’m from Missouri where the real bread company was founded. What is wrong with the customer service?
