I Have a story to tell
First time going was today. The “All Nighter” breakfast sandwich was excellent. My issue is when it came to the coffee…. the morning medium blend was completely empty, when I told the staff they were very pleasant and said they would whip up a new pot, but being in a rush I decided to go with the Dark blend. Went to pour in a little half and half and that was empty also. Half way down the road I took my first sip and the coffee was cold and tasted like it had been sitting. So $8 down the drain as my wife didn’t want her coffee either.

This place is great . If they run out of “your” bagel don’t leave a bad review. Stuff happens. Jinkies. The people that leave bad reviews are the fake ones. I’ve witnessed it with my eyes the workers being amazing then the bad customer want to leave a bad review. Just go somewhere else with your negative self. If there was 100 stars I’d leave that cuz you all rock. Keep up the great work don’t let no one bring ya down. Ps. CINNAMON MUFFINS ARE SWEET HELLOOOO ITS CINNAMON. JINKIS. ALL YOUR FOOD IS GREAT. I think it’s a bit ridiculous that customers who want an alternative creamer ie. Almond milk have to pay extra and it’s kept behind the counter. Staff put about two tablespoons of almond milk in a single use plastic 12 Oz cup to pour it into my coffee. This does not make sense. Non dairy creamer or milk does not cost anymore than milk.

Ordered via phone for pickup, which was a quick and efficient process. I got a milk chocolate coffee cooler, which was good, a little stronger on coffee flavor than expected. I also got the “farmhouse” breakfast sandwich, pictured. It features a cheesy hash brown bagel, egg (I went with one, but two is standard), bacon, ham, cheese, and a country pepper schmear. It was very peppery and so delicious, if just barely this side of too salty. The country pepper schmear really made the sandwich.

Terrible organization. Needed to order 8 different bagels for my family. Rather than writing down my large order the worker wants the order piece meal a couple at a time. By the time we got to the 5th bagel, the people in line after me ordered and took the last types of bagels we wanted and we couldn’t get ours. Even though I was there first! Had my entire order been taken down initially this would’ve not been a problem. Then when I go to pay there was another cashier ringing me up. She was asking the person who made the bagels what to ring up for me. The person who made the bagels could not remember what she made because there were too many bagels and she didn’t write anything down. Took 5 minutes to open up each bagel again and see what they were so we could pay for them. This place is frustrating and never going back. Food is halfway decent but system they have just simply doesn’t work. Some common sense is needed.

Good bagels, but if you go to buy the dozen and there are 5 bagels of a particular type left, you’re not likely to get the 5 remaining bagels. Just submitting this review to set expectations for future customers.
