Good food, fresh. Mac and cheese took a long time to make, about ten min after the rest of the food came out. Very liquified when it was ready. Restaurant is clean. Service was good. Great drink options. Ample seating and parking. Good location.

Man. I have given this location more than enough time to get SOMETHING right. At this point I think there’s someone in the kitchen messing food up on purpose. Salad with chicken – get home with just lettuce. Grilled cheese with spinach and tomato, nope – but at least there was actually cheese. And tonight! LOL ordered TWO. Of the SAME sandwich. Hahah couldn’t have looked more different!! My advice is to pass on this location or atleast double check your stuff before you leave. OPEN THE SANDWICHES, not just count items. There’s a sneaky line worker cracking up as you leave.. haha

I thought the food and potato was just the expected overpriced extra price. And outside the police everyday, it can help to live.. On the plus side, the food restaurant tasty but I left this place feeling that I could eat more somewhere else and get a better value.. If you want small portions and pay a lot for it. I recommend this place other than that. It’s not really for me. And I don’t plan to go back.

Although it’s enjoyable to speak to someone at the counter, I really enjoy using the kiosk to order. This location had about 5 empty kiosk when I walked in and a good sized line at the front desk. I was able quickly pull up my account and process my order.

I never think of Panera for lunch, partly because this branch is fairly well hidden – but we were walking past and decided to give it a go. The good was amazingly tasty – it does make me think to go back. Sandwich was great, though the bag of potato chips always seems a little underwhelming as a side. The flat bread pizza did not disappoint – larger that expected and very tasty. I do love the iced tea choices too!

This was My first visit to this location. A lot of the ingredients in our salads were not available; I am giving 5 stars because they handled things perfectly, the cashier who took our order was new so she wasn’t completely familiar with what ingredients were available yet she was pleasant and helpful in her recommendations and Seth the manager made sure we were happy, our salads were customized with what they had at hand and they worked well as a team. They were pleasant and I will definitely be back. The store was clean and everything was delicious. Good Job!

As someone with autism, with my experience this morning I do not feel emotionally or mentally safe with coming to this location. The cashier was passive aggressive. I understand everyone has their days, as a customer service employee it is your job to maintain a great attitude and deliver a great experience to each customer regardless of anything because that is your job.

I had a delivery order that was messed up. I called in and the manager had door dash deliver what was missing and I was happy the manager did that. The doordasher arrived with the items and I asked her had Panera tipped her for the trip as I had already paid and tipped the first driver. The doordasher said no. I am a manager at a nearby business and even though I only ordered for myself today, there are many times I order for the entire team. That will no longer be happening.
