The service was quick and friendly, but the turkey avocado BLT I just had was terrible. It was made with sliced deli meat just plopped on tasteless white bread. It used to be shredded turkey breast chunks on a really tasty bread. It is bad enough that they are now using sliced deli meat, but this meat was the texture, wetness, and consistency of a bad precut and prepackaged sliced meat you would get at walmart, not in the deli but like Carl Buddig meat. They also didn’t even pull the slices apart and put it on the sandwich like Subway might do. They took a stack of like 4-5 slices and just plopped it flat on the sandwich. I am not sure if just this location is changing the way they make stuff and using different ingredients to save a buck, or if this is just the new way Panera is making these sandwiches. It is terrible though. So bad. The premade sandwiches at the Target Deli are better than this sandwich was. What has happened to Panera? At least this solves my problem of occasionally going to their drivethru and spending way too much money on food for my family.

You guys did a fantastic job going above and beyond to fixing my roasted turkey blt sandwich order. I told u that wrong turkey was used & missing bacon & all u guys did was offered 2 free cookies/replacement of my sandwich’s to correct ones and never asked for the other ones back & on top of that you guys took full accountability on your mistake & treated me very caring/friendly that I ended up buying a large order of Mac & cheese.

I haven’t been to Panera in a while so I was really surprised how much the prices have increased. What was more alarming was the fact that the portion size has decreased too! They charged me $7.79 for a half salad and the box was half the size of the last time I ordered it and there was about a cup of salad. We ordered two of the Pick 2’s and paid $33.51! That’s insane for the portion size. Food still tastes good, but not worth the price anymore. Service was good, not complaining that at all. Go to Zupa’s if you’re hungry lol you actually get food for that price. We won’t be going to Panera anymore.

Service is always amazing, great atmosphere. All the employees are so nice, Especially a select few. This girl with pink hair and big lashes made my food and was super outgoing, she gave me a cookie for the wait cause my order was pretty big. Every time I come here the food is always fresh and very good.

I use to love coming to Panera! We would have lunch there 2-3 times a week when I worked in ER. I thought it be nice to visit it today for lunch, super bummed I did. The lettuce was brown, black, clearly old and shouldn’t have been used. I know it’s hard to find attentive employees these days, most workers could careless the type of product they sell or offer. It’s the world we live in, work ethic is out the door!! This is why people do not want to eat out any longer!

I ordered a u pick 2 and the cashier didn’t ask me what size bowl for Mack and cheese I wanted. Second of all the buzzer went off 2 minutes before my sandwich went off. Also horrible management and service is horrible
