It looks like this Panera is falling apart after reading recent reviews! Drove home only to realize my Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt was missing from my order. Drove back to the restaurant, they realized they made a mistake and made another. When I got home… they might need to check their eye sights, because I should see avocados in a Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt… seriously disappointed!

This was not a very pleasant experience. The restaurant was almost empty and we waited nearly 25 – 30 minutes for a bowl of soup and a half sandwich and cup of soup meal. The price was $25 which is unbelievable. They had limited bread options and were “out of croutons” for the French onion soup. The dining area was filthy which was surprising given that the place was empty with 4 to 5 staff members standing around. Will not return.

We are huge Panera fans. We order all the time. But we can’t order from this location anymore. They are beyond awful. They are always out of bread. Their food is not fresh. They almost always get orders wrong. We’ve given them countless chances, and we will no longer give this location our money to just be disappointed. Do not come to this location. My experience with Panera Bread was great in the past. This time the lemonade drinks tasted like colored, sweetened water. (Strawberry & the Guava) My large salad and drink = $17.00!! Good thing I used a gift card. I’ll stick to CAVA across the street and give the rest of my gift card away.

We have given this location one too many chances and we won’t be going back. Every time we visit the tables and floor are filthy. I luckily bring sanitizer and clean it myself. It’s really concerning that they don’t prioritize cleanliness here. I can’t imagine how the kitchen looks like. I’ve written to customer care twice in hopes that it gets better, but they most not care. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location.

Do not go here! I love Panera so much and this is the worst I’ve ever had. I first got a whole bowl of Greek salad. There was so much rotten salad leaves in it I picked them all out. I then went up and I asked for a side Greek dressing, and it was a sweet and sour sauce that looked just like Greek, but was definitely not. It was awful on my salad so I asked him to remake it. The boy remade the salad, in a half size salad. I told him I ordered a whole. He then remade it and gave me no dressing so again, I asked for two greek dressings. I then barely had 4 bites of salad before I picked out all of the edges on the salad that took up more than half of the lettuce in there. I don’t think I had more than 9 bites total. Save your money and go to a different Panera.

It brings me no pleasure to write this review because for as long as I can remember, Panera Bread has been my go-to for lunch salads, sandwiches, and soup for dinner. Before moving to this area, coworkers and I ate at Panera regularly and we could always count on fresh full salads with amazing salad dressing, delicious sandwiches with a good serving size of chips, and delicious soups that were hot and fresh.

I can see why this location got a 3.5 rating and lots of bad reviews. Almost half my salad had wilted/yellow leaves and two of the coffees at the coffee station were warm and not hot.
