We ordered cesar salad, it came with soft bread pieces on top instead of croutons. Also ordered a pizza just for the basil that was described in the menu, then gave us a cheese pizza and when asked where is the basil they said we are out of basil right now and the cook behind the counter got very upset because we complained. I’d never eat here again.

So, it was like any other Panera except 75% of everything was old. The only drink option was Pepsi. We were not even close to closing and everything was out of stock a d/or service. The food was still good and the Service was OK considering everyone looked tired and overworked.

I haven’t been to a Panera Bread in about 10 years since I moved from GA. The place seems completely different than I recall. The menu has gotten extremely confusing! I kept trying to understand the pick 2 thing, but the cashier just confused me more. I literally just picked what I wanted based off of a random picture on the wall because the descriptions on the menu didn’t fully explain the item.

I’ve been to many Panera Bread locations and it’s not usually the place I’d leave a review for. Place your order at the kiosk, get your food, sometimes with no interaction at all, which is perfect in my book. But this location is just bizarre. At 11 am, they are already out of all the bagels. At least that’s what the kiosk was saying. In reality, they had a few left. Great. Had to ask 3 times to get the bagel sliced and toasted. The person behind the counter seemed genuinely confused by such concept. Not sure what happened with Panera cream cheese but it had strange toothpaste like consistency and didn’t taste good.

I realize not all Paneras are the same and I really like the one that I frequent near my house. I just had a bad experience with this one and I hope that this was just a one off error on their part. Many of our orders were incorrect, the salads had nothing but lettuce (for which I still paid full price) and the portions were less than usual. I made the mistake of not checking everything before leaving the store which I would certainly do henceforth. The young person at the counter was very sweet but the food itself left a bad taste in my mouth.

We go to this location VERY frequently and there used to be the nicest gentleman who remembered us everytime and somehow talked us into buying the fresh chocolate chip cookies. But since then we always have to order on the little kiosk, there’s hardly ever anyone up front and it just seems odd. But the food is always good and our orders are always correct.

Visited 10/12/22 at 7:30 pm. Great-tasting salad and pumpkin soup. With the Take 2 entree, I received the smallest Fuji apple (7-1/4” diameter) I’ve ever seen. (See photos for perspective.) When I asked to trade it for bread, the Panera bread employee said they were “OUT OF BREAD”! When I went to get my sweet tea and found the sweet tea dispenser was empty, I asked an employee if she could refill it. At the time I finished my meal and left, the sweet tea dispenser was still empty. Lesson: If you want the best dining experience at Panera Bread, then don’t wait until 7:30 pm!

Said that they didn’t get any over easy eggs shipped to them from corporate, but they did have the eggs to scramble.

Absolutely terrible! I have been to this Panera location a handful of times and each time it gets worse, to the point I will not go back. The workers are usually too busy to wait on customers and talking among themselves to the point as a patron you feel awkward to interrupt their personal conversations. Aside from pretty much never having all the menu items available, or all ingredients, or heck, even cash (recent sign read “exact change only and cards only”), the food in amounts and quantity are lacking. We ordered 2 bowls, a Mediterranean with chicken and a Baja with chicken the other night. The person taking our order never asked what we wanted for our side item or if we were eating in or not. I had to ask if I had any offers available in my account, which apparently I did (that expired the next day, but that wasn’t mentioned). When the order was ready it was packed in a to-go bag even though we were eating in. The to go disposable bowls are small and the presentation is quite different given that the food is all crammed in and the bowl has a flat plastic lid on it. If that were the problem…just the opposite. There was so little food in the bowl, the ingredients only filled it half way. The items didnt shift or slide in transit since the bag was literally carried 50 feet from the counter to the table. It was absolutely mind blowing to pay more than $11 for what we got. I went to the pick up counter and was told that I was given their standard portion for the entree. There was no explanation as to why it was in a carry out container or why it only filled 1/2 the time bowl. Spoke to the manager. Got the same line of reasoning and was told if it were in a regular bowl it would be the same portion….BTW, which looks NOTHING like what’s portrayed in the photos they have of the bowl by the front counter. I counted 3 pieces of chicken in the entire salad. After questioning the lack of food in the entree the manager offered to make a new salad in a real bowl….and amazingly it looked much better since the quantity was able and filled the bowl. Really disappointing.
