Got there around 1030 in the morning, ordered 2 breakfast scrambles with orange juice and a coffee. I was told they didn’t have any breakfast scrambles and to choose something else. I chose the egg and cheese, one with sausage, one without. After waiting about 20 minutes, (there was only 3 cars in front, it should not have taken that long) When I got to the window, I was told they didn’t have orange juice, and when we were given our sandwiches, they both had sausage. I took my sausage out, didn’t want to waste anymore time there, this was the worst breakfast sandwich I’ve had, it didn’t have any flavor, the game ends tasted like rubber, and the cheese was almost non existent. My husband said his sandwich was the same way, and his coffee was terribly weak. This particular Panera bread did not live up to expectations, mediocre service, and bad food. Will not go there again.

I just went through the Drive through and the young man said they couldn’t make a drink, they’ve stopped serving parfaits for the day. He said It’s been a day!! Are you kidding!! There was absolutely no customers in the inside and in the drive thru!! It’s a shame Worker’s that don’t want to work!!!

This is my first time experience at Panera Bread store first my wife went to get the salad and then I went to get this Asiago Cheese Bread and I they ask if I want to sliced it up I say yea when I got the bag I didn’t believe what I saw the attendance is ok but they need to get better than that so sorry I don’t like to talk about business but sometimes we need to say something what’s going on we paid then to get what we want to. So sorry but I don’t recommend this place located at 1311 N Main St, Summerville, South Carolina.

My first time eating from Panera Bread – My breakfast order was a Avocado, Egg Whites Breakfast Sandwich on a Cibatta bun. Omg it was out of this world it was very delicious. Most importantly it was hot out of the toaster oven ! I will most definitely come back to order.
