We were here yesterday 08/14 and the manager there (did not get his name) was super friendly. His presence really made this place enjoyable. He was friendly and smiley with every customer. All the other employees were also respectful and made this place very enjoyable. Probably the best experience we’ve ever had at a Panera. Many Panera’s we’ve been to are always employees shouting at each other and it’s just not comforting like it should be, surprisingly this location was a great and maybe it was the day and time we went but still great.

Staff is awesome. Gets you quick in and out. I have never been a fan of Paneras quality and quantity of the food. Also typically when I order on the app my order is usually missing something.

Very disappointing. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad, there were no options available on website to add to the salad so it was some romaine lettuce and chicken, no croutons. I expected croutons and shredded cheese at least. Definitely not acceptable. Their specialty is bread and sandwiches, not Caesar salad that’s for sure.

I won’t be returning. Salads are expensive yet meh, lobster being rubbery like it’s been frozen and overall time from purchasing to the receiving of my order is one thing. But the way some management talks to their employees some of which seem to be children, are unacceptable, disrespectful, and nasty. Whoever the older bald manager is, doesn’t know how to talk to people at all, especially the associates. Had the unfortunate experience a few nights ago of witnessing this old man tell a child how worthless they are in front of customers and other employees. There was a younger manager that stepped in and actually had some respect and seemed to care, so kudos to that gentleman. However, I will not be coming back since there seems to be a lack in common human decency in some of the people they allow to be in charge of others. I hope that kid is ok.

Prices have gone up and portions have gone down. $12 for ax extremely small chicken teriyaki bowl with fatty chicken. When I questioned it, the manager was rude and dismissive and didn’t even look at me. If I’m going to spend $50 for lunch for 4, I’ll go to a real restaurant next time.

Really disappointing how dirty the restaurant is. It’s not lack of staff. There are plenty of workers here right now and a manager on staff who is texting on his phone. Sad.

They were out of bread! And several other menu items. The seating area was dirty and looked like no one had done a walk through since lunch time. There was trash and a half eaten apple under my booth. The tables and chairs are okay, but the booths are worn out and have no cushion left.

Expensive hospital food. Lettuce was brown, tomatoes were soggy and gross. The chicken was really wet which I found weird but it tasted ok so hopefully I won’t regret it later.

Hands down the worst panera I’ve ever been to. The manager or owner, Larry berg (not sure) is terrible with people and organization. I asked someone to clean the coffee counter over a week ago. It’s still disgusting! Look at the pictures below. Mold, dirt, grime! I would be embarrassed to be the manager here!!!
