Food was horrible. I got a turkey club with avocado and a broccoli soup. Sandwich fell apart because of bread had opening. Mayo was horrible. Must be generic and tasted like it. Lettuce should of been given to a rabbit. So I ate the bread by dipping in soup which had no flavor. Consistency was ok but taste bland.
I will not go back.
Food presentation looked good on tray

The food was served on time and was courteous. Pretty much a standard Panera but more comfortable than some. I like this secluded room for quieter work with my laptop. The four star for the atmosphere was the cleanliness of the bathroom and the stacked dishes near the trash cans where it seemed as though they were shortstaffed to deal with stuff like that. Generally pretty clean however

I’ve been coming to this location for quite some time now, and I have had a love and hate relationship with it.

Throughout the years, there have been inconsistencies with service and portion size. Sometimes, they are on point. Sometimes, they are not.

On my most 3 recent visits, the service was very good. Especially the people manning the register and have been super awesome on the last few trips.

The soup portions have been consistent because there have been instances where I would look at my bowl and think, “Whose been eating my porridge?” (Shoutout to the 3 bears)

I got the tomato cream soup and my all-time favorite, broccoli cheddar.

I also tried one of their new sandwiches, their Cheesesteak Ciabatta.

Now, as many of you are aware of, the majority of Panera’s sandwiches range from fair to delicious. Mostly in the good to delicious range.
But there are two other things you are aware of.
The sandwiches are outrageously small, and overpriced.

Panera is a great choice for a quick and tasty bite, but be ready to still be hungry and slightly more broke than when you walked in.

My friend and I were shopping in the area when we realized we needed warm food and a good place to eat. She ordered a big bowl for loaded baked potato soup + a full veggie sandwich. I ordered a Pick 2 that included the new Tuscan Asiago Bagel Stack with chili in a bread bowl. I also had a sugar cookie, a lemonade, and hot chocolate.

She loved her soup! It was so creamy, warm, and good. The sandwich was a great balance of various veggies. I enjoyed the chili in the bread bowl greatly! I took home the rest of the bowl to eat with my own chili. The new bagel stack was such a great choice as well. The 2 drinks satisfied my thirst for tart and warmth.

Avery was the staff member who assisted me in my order. Lovely staff person! Knew the new bagel stacks that were being featured.

I rarely go out to eat at expensive restaurants unless I vacation or with my family, but I go here with my friend when we want to talk for long periods of time while relaxing with some good food.
Everytime I visit this place, it’s been nothing short of goodness! I don’t want to detract from the other reviews that say this place has been a poor experience, but from my personal experiences, I enjoy this place. It may not be the cleanest, but I’ve come to expect it with places that has lots of young people visiting. However, if the mess is to an extreme, I will note it, but so far, I haven’t seen any.
As for the noisy atmosphere, I can say I expect it to be as such because of the crowded area. There are always people here, and it adds a nice touch of liveliness throughout the restaurant!
The service is also exceptionally quick from my experiences. I don’t remember ever having to wait longer than 10 minutes to get my food. Even my friend who has been here multiple times never had to wait.
As for the food, I find the Mac & Cheese to be my automatic go to whenever I visit here and every time I order the ‘You Pick Two’ menu choice. It’s delicious and pricey, but worth it when visiting every couple of months!
As for the sandwiches for the other entree, I go for any random one my friend recommends because most of the sandwiches are all good!
Some of the sandwiches I got in the past were the ‘Roasted Turkey & Avocado BLT,’ ‘Signature Take Chicken Sandwich,’ and ‘Smoky Buffalo Chicken Melt.’
I would recommend this place to anyone as long as the place stays good!

Panera has been one of our go to
places specially if we want to have something Vegetarian. The quality of food ingredients which they use here are top notch and so fresh. We always choose from their popular option pick two , which includes either soup/ salad/ sandwiches / mixed bowls along with a side of apple/ bread/ kettle chips/ fruit cup.

We ordered creamy tomato soup/southwest chipotle chicken salad & Mexican street corn chowder/ half green goddess caprese melt sandwich. If you want something sour and creamy plain along with a few crotons in the soup , tomato soup is a go. If you want something more not a sour one
side with a some veggies, tortilla chips which adds a bit of crunch which is also very delicious in its own way, I would go with it. Either ways their soups are just amazing.

The salad was so delicious , I could not find a better franchised food place which has this high quality healthy delicious salad. Their chicken is just so great. The chicken pieces in there are so juicy and cooked to perfection, and a very subtle taste of salt and lime. Those pieces complement so well with the whole bowl along with the amazing grilled corn , avocado, lettuce and tortilla chips topped of with ranch and chipotle aioli sauce. I would eat this bowl again & again. The sandwich was great with fresh mozzarella , tomatoes , basil on a baguette with their amazing green dressing along with hint of garlic aioli.

To top it off all Brownie is the best. Best way to end your meal. Overall I would definitely suggest Panera if you are looking for some good quality delicious food.

Panera has gone downhill, expensive and service terrible. None kiosk work except for one. After long line waiting enter my order, I’ve still ended up going to counter check on my order. They said kiosk having issues and my order not in system. After manager did some more searching after 5min, found my order. So if I didn’t show up, I’ll be sitting there forever. Once got my order, it was quick but sandwich was slap together. When unwrap, everything fell apart. Later ask if can have jam for baguette and they said none, only butter. Come on, serious no grape or strawberry jam? They serve breakfast so jam should be available anytime of day. For price pay for food it sue to be justified but now nothing sets them apart. Down the tube! Workers definitely appear overworked, pissed off or morale appeared low.

I recently visited your restaurant and was very disappointed by the lack of cleanliness and oversight. The dining area was filthy — not a single clean table, and the floors were in terrible condition. It appeared that no one was cleaning or bussing tables, leaving customers to clear their own space before sitting down.
The restroom conditions were even worse. It was clearly not cleaned, with feces on the floor and trash can lid, toilet paper scattered everywhere, and a plunger discarded on the floor.
In addition, I noticed the food preparation area and counters appeared dirty and poorly maintained, which raises serious concerns about food safety and potential health risks.
I’m very concerned about the hygiene standards and overall management of this location. Please investigate these issues immediately, as they pose both health and reputational risks for your restaurant.

Is good for dine in, I was at the store yesterday for dine in and I was listening the conversation between Asian guy with the glasses and Asian Lady. The Asian guy the one work behind the counter so rude and so ignorant from the way he talked to her. He needs more training to be a good employee! lHe didn’t know that customer is a king!

This Panera Bread has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I decided to post this after giving them a couple opportunities too. I understand people have bad days but no any day you come here they treat people horribly, even laugh at them from behind the counter. Really sad because the food is great but the workers really ruin it for you!
