Ordered a cup of ice green tea from an associate through drive through on Thursday at 4:50 pm; rude and unprofessional. Went to get another one on Saturday; it happened to be the same person but she was a little professional. Got to the window and she handed me the drink and she said no ice as well. Good memory. Taste the green tea , it was just a sink water with no taste or flavor at all. This location customer service never been within average and not to mention the poor quality of food as well. I have spoken yo the manager out of care and to help them to improve.

This is one of the nicest PB’s I’ve been to. First time at this location and I’m thoroughly impressed. The flow of the order line and restaurant as a whole just makes sense. Kathy was attending the order window to help push out dine-in and pickup orders, which gives a sense of priority to every customer and results in fast delivered service. Never seen that at any other PB and she was rocking it! Food was fresh and exceeded my expectations. The tomato basil bread that comes with the turkey sandwich I got is something I’ve never had, and it’s basically a necessity in my life at this point from now on when I go back. I’m not a big bread eater and I manage to forget that every time I get one of their sandwiches. I’m beyond satisfied with this place!

Taking a break from this location. Had a horrible experience and no, it wasn’t right before closing. Not only did we have to wait in the drive through for 15 minutes at the window, but they left out our flatbread after “assuring” us that everything was there. I know what a flatbread feels like in size and if it wasn’t for me turning around, we wouldn’t have received it. But only to finally get it and have sporadic cheese and obsessive amounts of marinara. Then to have cold tasteless Mac and cheese and not one but TWO incorrect soups in our order that tasted like they were made with water only. Oh, and an extremely salty buffalo melt sandwich. Let’s not mention that I called the location 3x (and no, not during peak hours) and no one answered the phone. I can’t make this stuff up. I am avid Panera goer. I have an account and all the rewards possible. Save yourself the trip. I hope this location seriously gets it together.

It’s what you’d expect from a Panera Bread as far as food and atmosphere go. Staff isn’t overly friendly most of the time. The young lady with the headscarf has always been a breath of fresh air at this location. She is the best!!

Sandwich was supposed to be a whole and I guess it was a whole but was really smaller than I thought it would be. Service was good.. not fast. Food was hot but lacked a lot of flavor. I got toasted steak and cheese…not much else was there.

My family and I went here on Friday 2/24/23 at 3pm. I had a business meeting and I stayed to eat with my family. We all had the 2 for 12.99 special and it was great! I work at Rex and it was so convenient and great. Your Clayton location could take some lessons. We will be back!

This location is ok for lunch, but horrible for dinner. Part of what I ordered was a half green goddess cobb salad and the below picture is what I ended up with. It was only half filled up and was missing half the ingredients. For over $8 by itself this is an absolute rip off. I also ordered it curbside. No one ever brought it out to me after I specified my designated parking space. I ended up going inside to get it because no one came outside after sitting there for 10 minutes. There were no cars in drive-thru, no one ordering (or even behind the counter), and my food ended up being on a cart that is typically used for sanitation buckets and dirty dishes. Gross. I had to hunt down my bag because no one behind the window would even acknowledge my existence. Apparently they were too busy with all of their non-existant customers. There weren’t any other to-go orders on the screen either. I used to work at a different Panera, and this is unacceptable, regardless of any staffing issues. Please get some new evening management and employees if you want any business after the day shift goes home. I will not be returning to this location.
