Pros: We love their Signature Combinations, like the Cookie Minster and the Mud Pie Mojo. They are good to swap out base ice creams in those also (I prefer chocolate ice cream instead of coffee ice cream in the Mud Pie Mojo). And currently, they’ll give you samples of ice cream if you want to check out a flavor or two.

As far as the ice cream goes it was pretty good. My first time ever visiting there. The only thing that I really disliked, was the fact that that place was so packed with people that it was ridiculous. A super tiny hole in the wall with a bazillion people. I think the owner of this store really needs to think of a different location, that offer seating and a bit larger of an establishment. I really don’t think I will go there again. But the ice cream was decent.

If you are craving delicious, rich, and tastey ice cream then coldstone is the place for you. They have many different flavors and you can ask to sample if you need to. They also have a huge variety of mix ins to add to enhance your ice cream flavor. They also have pre named mix in ice creams. You can also get a waffle cone to add crunch to your dessert. They also make shakes if you wish.

I placed an online order to be picked up at 8:25. When I walked in at 8:25, there were four customers waiting to pickup their online orders and two people in line. I called to cancel my order (which I was still charged for- I called today and they did refund it) and stood in line. As I stood there, I observed three kids/employees working hard. However, it was very obvious that no one was in charge. One girl was doing her best to make online orders as the customers walked in. One boy, who did an amazing job at helping customers in line and mixed the ice cream well (he earned a tip from me). The third boy was, very clearly, a new hire and needs more training.

Delicious ice cream, no doubt. Bad location. It’s not easy to turn left into the shopping center. The store is facing North West, so it gets the afternoon sun on the outdoor tables. I took my four kids ages 7, 5, 3, and 1. There was a single table indoors which seats three people. No high chair. We had to eat in the trunk of my van. Memorable, yes. Repeatable, no.

I have never been here before, but I have to say, that the ice cream here is to die for. I was in heaven. The chocolate ice cream that I had with real chocolate chips, with caramel on top, was so so delicious. And not to mention, but it was very creamy as well. And the service was very good. They will give you a sample if you would like to try a certain ice cream. The only thing that I wished they would do, is to put seating in there, so you could eat the ice cream inside the business, but other than that, it was superb. I just went back here on 7 -7-2022, & they did put chairs on the inside & out. So I wanted to say thank you very much for that. Very appreciated. And the ice cream is still superb!!!

Good Ice-Cream, horribly SLOW service, even with 8 staff members behind the counter. Walked in with 1 person ahead of us (ordering as we entered) and no one else inside the place, other than the previously mentioned 8 employees, 45 minutes later – myself and 4 other family members (same order) walked out with our room temperature shakes and treats (just the shakes were room temp). Would have taken the shakes back but I felt that the crowd that had stacked up whilst waiting for our order to be made, had been waiting patiently long enough. Even with the mounting customers there was no sense of urgency as it seemed whatever the conversation topics were amongst themselves, far outweighed the need to serve customers (work). That being said, the 1 or 2 staff who were actually working, HARD I might add, on filling and taking orders were extremely friendly & nice! Hence the 2 stars not 1.
