This was hands down the dirtiest, most understocked and understaffed Panera we have ever been to. The young lady that said she was filling in for the manager was often the only one both taking orders and preparing the food. We actually had to clean our own table and there were lots of dirty dishes everywhere. The dining area is in desperate need of updating and was dirty. They were out of completely out of all potato chips, lemonade, and a few of the soda taps were out of order. The women’s restroom was not air-conditioned, was dingy and had at least one broken toilet seat. We will NOT be back to this location!

One of the dirtiest locations I have seen of Panera Bread. Honestly I don’t think I’ve ever seen it nice and clean. Y’all need to do something about the cleaning. It doesn’t matter the time of day, tables are always dirty, plates are not being picked up from the tray disposal, the booths are filthy, the floors. And there were plenty of employees just standing around that could have been cleaning. If this is what the dining area looks like, I can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like

This particular Panera CONSISTENTLY gets the order wrong. Either the drink is forgotten completely, or not correct, or the food its self is wrong. They do NOT respond to complaints from corporate on behalf of the customer. And this is NOT a door dash problem as suggested, because Chick-fil-A also uses door dash and there is never a problem ordering there. Friday 8/18 was my last order to this awful business.

Syd & Brandon were so friendly. Thank you- it’s a rarity today. Syd gave many helpful suggestions and was very nice and patient with myself and my toddler, allowing me to sample the papaya green tea before purchasing. She also informed me that we had a free sweet we could redeem. My toddler Mason was super excited about this and screamed “donut!”, so it was pretty great.

Panera seems to be slipping. The inside was very dirty. The dine-in soup was given in a to-go bowl. French Onion soup had no cheese nor croutons on top. If I’m spending $15 on a meal, let’s at least make the soup worthwhile. I’ll hit the Panera on 68 next time.

First time coming to this Panera in while and it’s gone way down hill. Husband ordered a pick 2 of a steak&white cheddar sandwich and Mac n’ cheese. The sandwich was less than 3inches long had maybe 3 small slices of meat on it. There were some sort of pickled onions on it that wasn’t specified on the menu. The Mac n’ cheese while good was maybe 5 bites on the spoon provided. On top of all of that the drink station looks like it hasn’t been serviced in a long while no small lids, no straws, and all the lemonades are almost completely out. The woman’s bathrooms are absolutely disgusting none of the stalls had toilet paper and the trash was over flowing. We will not be coming back to this Panera again.

I was in Panera today and purchased a sandwich, it was very delicious and fresh. I asked who made it and was told Miracle!!! Great job Miracle! She had a great conversation with me and showed me so much kindness when I was having such a bad day. She needs a raise!

I know things are still tough. But this Panera was the worst. Drink machine was out of order but they charge $2.39, don’t tell you and you can get tea or lemonade. Out of soups but let people order, wait for them to say they were out. It’s not extremely busy and they seem fully staffed. How ever no one seems to be cleaning up anything. Dishes piled up, tables dirty, poking around there is not 1 table without crumbs on it, employees walking around doing a lot of nothing but chatting with other workers. Sad state of affairs here today.
