I know, “It’s A Chain!”, but when a chain does well…REPRESENT!! I joined their Unlimited Sips Club and boy is it a deal. For just 11.99 a month you can get a hot or iced coffee, charged lemonade, pepsi product from soda fountain, hot or iced tea. Example: you can go in every two hours and grab a drink. After 4 drinks it’s paid for itself. Atmosphere needs a spruce up.

My Wife and I was a bit out of our local area and decided to visit Panera for breakfast. There was an issue with receiving our correct order. It took three attempts but it was finally corrected. During this process the entire Staff remained highly professional. And a special note to Beau for his total dedication ensuring that our order is correct!

Pretty disappointed in my latest visit. Generally, I don’t have any issues here, and I was going to give this a 3 star but then the ending made me a bit more upset. Did a carryout order with some customizations, basically none of them were taken into consideration. I called the store and asked for them to remake my order and they said they would and I came in to get it. They offered me a pastry for the trouble but apparently rescinded that when I told them my wife’s order was also wrong and I’d like that remade too. She had a salad with chicken which they gave her the wrong dressing originally. I don’t think they believed that was reason to remake the salad but ultimately that wouldn’t have been an issue if the order was right to begin with. The new salad came with no chicken so that’s why I took it down another notch. I wasn’t trying to get free food, I was just upset for having to come back a second time for my order to be correct. Pictures posted as proof (wrong dressing, onions on sandwich, no chicken in salad). I’ll update rating if things improve with future visits.

The quality of Panera Bread on Jefferson Ave food and service is diminishing. The young lady that took the orders was very pleasant; however the female that processed the food was horrible. She was throwing the orders, she was rude and very dismissal. The greens for my salad appeared old. Three customers to include myself simultaneously stated that we would not return. Panera Bread use to be my husband and I go-to spot. We will have to find another place.

QUICKLY has become one of my favorite paneras. I have visited well over 20 locations state wide. I enjoy this one as one of my top 3 for sure. This location keeps bringing me back for sure! The management take time to listen to their customers when there are issues, they resolve them quickly and patiently using education and action. I have seen the magic of these kind hearted folks. The management here are actually the BEST I’ve seen at any job, location, store ever. If I ever applied to this franchise, It would be to this location. The staff follow suit with kindness. They keep a clean and tidy store in every part of it. They are consistent with policies for customer care and remain fair no matter how upset a customer is. They are acknowledged in continuing to maintain boundaries with customers as well without giving in. I LOVE this place. Just top notch. Also the kitchen is so great! They are quick and always ensure you’re meal is called out and they talk to you like real people. I want to note the bathrooms are always stocked up and clean. Food is always hot. Coffee is always fresh. LOVELY PLACE.

The absolute best salads around. Everything is fresh and flavorful. Checking out using there ordering kiosk is the way to go. There are so many customizable options for salads and sandwiches. Also like to finish it up with one of there awesome desserts. The go to place if you want to grab a bite to eat and hangout!
