UPDATE 06/11/23 The customer service to resolve the issue is even worse than the food! I contacted them via email with the details of my visit on 06/02/23 and received an automatically generated response acknowledging receipt of my email. That was it… 8 days later and no phone call, no email, no refund, no store credit or anything! Bad Food & Bad Customer Service!

Unfortunately, use them on DoorDash gave me the incorrect order with a soggy croissant, and my fruit cup wasn’t even filled to the top with aged fruit. Asked for refund, they will contact DoorDash when they have the capability to refund. I don’t appreciate that type of customer service.

Every time I come to this Manhattan Bagel, Katerina is so, so helpful and friendly. The iced coffee is to die for and the bagels are fresh. Definitely one of our go-to breakfast spots.

Cheap and tasty bagel sandwiches. Really good spot for on the go breakfast. Make sure to call ahead, as their ticket time here is kind of slow. Otherwise, good spot to come and beats Dunkin every time.

So an Asiago bagel with regular cream cheese was 4.19 it 3.89 on the menu. With tax 4.48. I know prices are up but the bagel alone would have been 1.69. It was not toasted. 2.20 for cream cheese? And they really could care less about the menu prices matching the register here or customer service. Sorry to bother you guys with my business. The guy walked away from me when I asked ? Sad experience overall.
