I’ve had the eerie feeling on all too many a previous visit, that I’m being overcharged.. but today took the cake!? Several extra pointless charges for a BAGEL with a LITTLE EXTRA CREAM CHEESE… I understand I’m passing through an area where people have abundant disposable income for this kind of nonsense, but there’s a point where you’re just ripping people off!?! It’s my own fault.

The layout of the store is nice. Quality of the food is terrible. Wasn’t worth $9 and some change. Got the brisket sandwich. There’s not even enough brisket on it to cover the whole sandwich. Suuuuper thin layer. When I opened it ( it was supposed to be hot) the cheese is not even melted. I opened it right away when I got to the car.

Was in the shopping center and hungry so I stoped in for the first time. Service was friendly enough, the wait wasn’t too long the only critique is one egg simply isn’t enough for a bagel sandwich. The bagel was warm and soft but it tasted like I was just eating a bagel not a bacon egg and cheese. I would come back for just a bagel and if I wanted a sandwich would definitely request double egg meat and cheese.

Cheap and tasty bagel sandwiches. Really good spot for on the go breakfast. Make sure to call ahead, as their ticket time here is kind of slow. Otherwise, good spot to come and beats Dunkin every time.

UPDATE 06/11/23 The customer service to resolve the issue is even worse than the food! I contacted them via email with the details of my visit on 06/02/23 and received an automatically generated response acknowledging receipt of my email. That was it… 8 days later and no phone call, no email, no refund, no store credit or anything! Bad Food & Bad Customer Service!
I ordered a strawberry lemonade, 2 breakfast sandwiches on a plain bagel. one turkey sausage, egg and cheese and 1 bacon egg and cheese on 6/2/23. Something about the bacon egg & cheese tasted really weird, the closest I can describe it is almost sour. I asked for scrambled eggs and got a fried egg instead so I wasn’t sure if that was the reason for the funny taste. Halfway through the sandwich I decided to throw it out. By late afternoon and well into the next morning I was experiencing bad stomach cramps, diarrhea and throwing up constantly to the point I was throwing up bile. This was my first time eating here and definitely my last! A old co worker recommended them but I wish I would’ve checked the reviews first. I see a lot of complaints about the freshness and overall quality of the food being bad. I also wasn’t the first person to become sick from the food so something is definitely wrong there. Already threw the food out but still had the cup on my dresser

And I’m being hit By dust and dirt As one of the workers was sweeping Like I wasn’t even standing there.The dirt went all over my feet Two people ask Me what I wanted to order after I already ordered!
Not to mention the picture i added as sitting down eating my food staring at a box with dust and old bugs on Top of it. Lastly, as I’m eating my food, the customer behind me her food was placed on my table.
Wrapped up in a bag ready to go but placed on my table As I was eating they put her food on my table and didn’t even tell her
her order was ready!!!!

Literally the best bagels in Marlton nj. The customer service is awesome. They have healthy options. Their bagels are chef kiss. The bagels are made fresh always. They greet u when u walk in, which is a plus. They have the best bagel sandwhichs, with many options.
