I was really looking forward to a really good salad… I was on my lunch break… They couldn’t find my name which wasted 10 minutes of my time… Once I finally was able to stop and eat my salad, the croutons were absolutely as stale as they could possibly get… There was no crunch… Nothing… It was the most disappointing salad I have ever had… I will not be coming back to this particular location

This Panera gets extremely busy & for subscribers they no longer keep cups at the kiosk. I have to go ask for a cup completely defeats the purpose of the kiosk. They were so busy I order a soda at the kiosk but no cup a man in line thought I was trying to cut him. Unnecessary. I’m sticking with Jànaf also this one let’s their coffee get cold.

My order was late and incorrect. I have never picked up an order before but did earlier today around 11:40. I asked the woman with a black, shoulder-length bob haircut and glasses, who was bagging the orders, where I should go. She very rudely said that she would call my name. I stood there waiting. Finally, I noticed that the board did not have my name on it. I asked her about it, and she very snidely said, “Well, did you check the shelf?!” I reminded her that she said she would call my name. I looked on the shelf and there was my order. This woman needs a lesson in not only manners but simple common courtesy. Growing up on a farm, I have had scary moments with brain-sick wild animals; but, at least the diseased animals I’ve encountered had an excuse for their foul behavior!!

I’ll never go to this location again. I order the same thing EVERY TIME and 80% of the time, the order is wrong SMH. The receipt is there for a reason, READ IT!! I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but today was it for me. I went to pickup my order and it was wrong of course and the girls behind counter who preps the food, seemed to have an attitude. Weird because you got my order wrong, if anyone should have an attitude, its me! Smh the nerve…never again
