I found bagel heaven in Salt lake!! I stopped by this quaint bagel shop in a hurry today, but was so pleasantly surprised, it slowed me down. The staff were all so welcoming. You could sense a strong community around Rich’s. The bagel was flavorful and filling. Highly recommend checking out Rich’s. I will be back!

First time trying this shop as we were traveling from out of state. The shop manager across the street at the automotive shop recommended the bagel sandwich. We arrived after the lunch rush yet they were still quite busy. Easy to order and many choices of toppings, pleasant staff. Best sandwich Highly recommended.

Breakfast sandwich with meat was tasty! I appreciate that it comes with two vegetables. I went with the recommended spinach in the eggs and some tomato — would recommend this combo! The eggs were very fluffy but the bacon was a little lackluster (thin, similar to what you’d get on a Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich).

Normally I have a great experience but this time was awful. The girl with the pink hair helped me, she made the wrong sandwich and when I brought it to her attention she was very rude and said I didn’t communicate correctly. Then she didn’t offer to remake it and just said well this one is already made so. Tried to justify it by saying what she made was “a really good sandwich” even though it’s not what I ordered! She was very rude and didn’t try to help or correct herself in anyway. I Will absolutely not be coming back when she is working!!

! I came home from California after the holidays and thought to myself that I need to find a local bagel shop in salt lake much like I have back in California. After a recent workout I searched for bagels on my maps app and this popped up right down the street. Not only did they deliver on my desires but holy cow did they exceed my expectations. This place is legit and you can tell that they care about their craft. I’m so glad I found them and now I have my local spot here in my hometown. Thank you Rich!
