As you can see from the reviews, this location is awful. They sold me 3 week old yogurt for my baby, and absolutely never get an order correct. It’s an ongoing joke in my family that when one of us picks up takeout for dinner, we place bets on what item/s will be missing. I always leave a tip in hopes they’ll maybe keep a better eye out on the order but nope 2/5 items missing in today’s bag.

I called this location and spoke to the manager about the strawberry chicken salad with poppy seed dressing being out of stock!! She told me that she was out of strawberries and the dressing that goes with the salad. She waiting for her delivery truck. I have been trying all summer for this salad!! This doesn’t make sense!! I called the corporate office and they told me this should not be happening!! I will never go to this location again!!!

There were maybe 4 other people in the restaurant. So it wasn’t busy. It was however very close to closing… so I can’t go back to fix this mistake… I do not eat dairy… and I requested no feta on my Mediterranean sandwich.

They mess up your order. Restaurant was empty except a few people in the drive thru, took 20 minutes to make my coffee and gave me the wrong pastry. They ignored me for a long time while I was trying to get it fixed. Not sure who is running this place, but the employees seem leaderless and lost most of the time. Nothing on the employees, they are polite and usually doing their best.

It’s an absolute no for me . I ordered my food and attempted to sit down and enjoy my lunch . However I could not. The employees behind the food counter were having loud inappropriate conversations that everyone in the establishment could hear. I’ve experienced this at this location before but brushed it off as a fluke. But no, it’s the norm. There was in fact a manager on duty and she was clearly not correcting the behavior. I expect there to be chatter and fun convos …. I get it , it makes the time go by faster. But there should be a limit to what is tolerated by management . Let’s be honest…. Panera food is NOT the greatest nor the most cost conscious …. Most people come to Panera FOR the atmosphere and order food while there. If the vibe is off then it removes the incentive to come at all because let’s be honest , I can find better food elsewhere. There was NO break in this constant inappropriate convo…. So I won’t be back it’s just too much. To give you an idea, the convos ranged from everything from poop ( in a food establishment) ,to who was pregnant by who and also a manager who obviously wasn’t there or either didn’t work there anymore who was broke and asked employees to borrow money.

The food is fine, but occasionally incorrect- the manager will fix it if you’re in-store and catch any issues. I don’t have the motivation to return to the place after going home or to work, but I bet they’d fix it in that scenario, as well. The app will not assist you with refunds or credits.

Inside pickup of $32 Family Feast w/chicken noodle soup. Cup was full of broth and literally 1 carrot slice. As soon as I brought it to kitchen staff’s attenetion, it was obvious she knew before it was served because she switched the soup vat out with a fresh one and provided me a cup of noodles. All for naught because the broth & noodles had absolutely no taste and the chicken was just as bland. I ordered 3 different sandwiches and not one sandwich label was marked. Turkey Bravos were dry, with a small dab of sauce directly in middle of sandwich. Attire of certain staff member was that of a street hood, wearing a hoodie over a t-shirt and pants sagging. This Panera used to be awesome. Now, not so much. I’ll be going 12 minutes out of my way from now on to patronize the Chester location.

We ordered 4 items inside and I checked the bag before leaving but did not unwrap the one sandwich. Instead of a grilled cheese we ended up with chicken avocado on focaccia. What a disappointment! We heard an employee talking about a bag left behind from a drive thru order. We won’t go back to this location.
