The staff are either really nice oooooor assume you aren’t a paying customer right off the bat (regardless of what you are doing) and treat you rudely based on that. It’s kind of messy, especially around the drink area. Prices feel high for the quality, and the charged lemonade – not just a fault of this location, an issue with Panera as a whole that customers should be mindful of – contains your /entire/ daily value of caffeine, which can make you feel things like heart palpitations after drinking it. It is tasty though.

Friendly staff/management, quality of food is good and consistent. Hygiene is not as good as some other locations, lighting is a little depressing if you’re planning on eating in. High volume location with very fast service and high tech ordering system, but they’re often out of ingredients. If you plan on eating to-go double check you have things like utensils and croutons, they often miss small details especially when it’s busy (which is often)

Me and a few friends came here, I was handed a cup but l didn’t end up wanting a drink and put my cup down, and didn’t ring it in. Manager literally yelled at me and my friend, who did pay for his drink, across the restaurant. Overall very bad experience and we ended up leaving. Much better to make a longer drive to another location.
