Stopped here early evening on a Tuesday. Took a few minutes before some one came to take the order. It took 12 minutes to get my food & there was one person ahead of me in line & maybe 2 other people already eating. That’s it. Everyone working there seemed super new, which in itself is not terrible… but there’s a little pain that comes with it.

I order from this location a few times a month. My order was wrong the last two times I ordered from this location. One order had multiple turkey sandwiches. One only had mayo and lettuce. NO TURKEY! Today, I ordered my regular turkey sandwich- Turkey with mayo, bacon and frizzled onions. Today I receive a turkey sandwich with mayo. No frizzled onions or the bacon I paid an additional $3 for. I understand this place is busy at lunch time. But take a minute and slow down and make sure orders are correct. I had to have it delivered because I can’t leave my Mom with Alzheimer’s alone. I tried to call the restaurant but no one answered- I get it, they are busy during lunch. So I had to place another delivery order, pay that fee and a tip again to get the correct sandwich I paid for already. So today I paid $50.28 for a kids grilled cheese, an incorrect turkey sandwich and hopefully a correct turkey sandwich and a lemon cookie, two delivery charges and 2 drivers tips. That’s outrageous!

this place was really good! i was there with my soccer team after our tournament and it was warm and comfy! the only complaint was that my friends had to wait 30 min for their food but overall i definitely recommend this panera. the staff is really nice and they work hard!

The food was ok, the atmosphere was ok, the area was ok. Nothing to write home about, but it’s Panera Bread. I wouldn’t have even taken the time to review this place, had it been clean. Every single table was dirty, the ground was dirty, and some of the chairs looked broken. Also the coffee was super cold and went right in the trash. The two stars are for the food. It was actually decent, and the staff was nice.

Visited yet another location, definitely not disappointed. Seems to be that we always choose to stop at a Panera Bread whilst traveling instead of fast food, just a healthier and tastier option. First time I’d been to one with the preorder station, made life soo much easier. Love the food and the staff.

Not good. At all!! The new chicken sandwich is awful. It looked terrible… my husband ordered it. The man who eats everything ate 3 bites? I ordered the turkey bacon sandwich…. it was thrown together like they were closing in 3 minutes. It was 11:30 am. Besides that….. there was not one piece of bacon on my sandwich. It was bacon crumbles. And my child got the pepperoni Flatbread pizza. It looked reheated. It tasted worse. What happened guys? I used to love to eat at panera. Well thank goodness firehouse subs is literally across the street. Or anywhere else actually. Not good.

People making the food were horrible. Prioritized being on the phone before even starting my order then to add they made the order before mine first. Additionally they informed me that they are out of the soup I originally ordered and did offer to replace it with another like item but failed to apologize about making another order before mine or for the wait. There was only two orders in the board. Expected more. Haven’t been to this location in a while. Not impressed and I won’t be coming back for a while.

Finally getting around to this. Placeholder 2 weeks ago for 1/2 dozen bagels. Simple order 2 Asiago and 4 Cinnamon Swirl Raisin. What I get instead is the Cinnamon Crunch horrible bagels.
