At 6AM, some tables and seats were dirty and the bathrooms are way way worse. Thats the sanitation integrity that is preparing the food.
Some of the staff seemed friendly.
I bought $150 in gift cards, so I should have received three $10 bonus cards.
However, when I checked, the bonus cards were dated June 2025, which didn’t make sense. When I asked about it, the staff told me I was only eligible for two bonus cards. When I questioned that, their response was simply “Sorry. That’s it.” No explanation, no effort to resolve the issue.
They also said they didn’t have gift card cases, and didn’t offer any alternative such as store credit or another solution. Just “sorry” and that was the end of the conversation.
Because I was frustrated, I asked for a refund. That’s when things got worse.
They couldn’t process the refund, looked confused, and had to call multiple managers. Each manager said they couldn’t handle it either. After over 30 minutes, they told me to file a complaint myself and get a refund that way.
Why is that the customer’s responsibility?
What should have been a quick and pleasant purchase turned into a stressful, time-wasting experience with poor communication and no accountability.
Very disappointing customer service and extremely unprofessional handling of a simple promotion.
No because anyone could break a teeth.
Waited us 30 minutes for 2 soup and 1 pizza and with type of bread?
This store needs to have some training.
While waiting 12 minutes for my Pick 2, i had time to notice how unkept & unclean the dining area is. Not good. I’ve seen more than a few Panera stores like this in the past year. Panera is a go-to spot for me because i have a food allergy & PB has good options for me. Started having bad experiences more consistently lately & it’s unfortunate.
It’s one thing to be kinda outta order on a bad day, but it’s another to look like nobody has cared for a couple years. I get it… covid… worker shortages, etc. But for such a great brand, i expect more. And for an eating establishment i expect clean.
If your dining room is nasty, how can i trust the kitchen??!!?? Dirty tables. Dirty chairs. Dirty carpet. Dirty walls. Old sour smell near the drink machine & trash area.
Food was good. But the experience was terrible. I was going to sit & work for a few hours but couldnt take it. Panera gotta do better.
If you have 10 things to do but can’t do them all… stick with:
Getting customers in & out
Getting the order correct & tasty
Keeping the place clean
Y’all fn up, Panera.
Every time I come here it’s at a different level, was given the excuse “we’re almost out” a previous time.
