I had an Iced Caramel Latte and it was fabulous. The coffee was perfectly sweetened with the caramel flavor and just enough ice to cool the drink instead of the usual cup of ice left over. Don’t pass on the blueberry muffin either! Wish I’d have gotten a before picture of the muffin, but it was too good to wait!

We stopped in here for a coffee and a treat. We chose it because positive reviews and good location. We found the dining room to have a weird smell and the atmosphere was just a bit… off. The coffee was fine. We ordered a baklava and found it very underwhelming- the pastry was dense and damp on top and there was very little nut filling or honey flavor. The staff was friendly but I would not come here again.

Super cute place in a great location, in a walkable part of the town near a public parking lot. Ample parking, quick and friendly service. I had an iced maple latte and the soup of the day which was tomato basil. My husband had a coffee and ham and cheese croissant. All tasty and reasonably priced. Will absolutely return!

This place has been something I look forward to every week when I meet my friend here for coffee. Lovely people, spacious seating, local art for sale, huge menu of drinks, and daily baked goods (including gluten free items)! I think the only person who loves it more is my dog, Percy, who gets a Pup Latte every time. Thank you Charlie’s!!!

I went there once for breakfast and I really liked the place. I loved their coffee -omg ! So good . I got a latte and a macchiato. I also ordered a bagel which was very good , using veggie cream cheese. I really appreciated that they have vegan and very healthy options such as chia parfait and also non- dairy milk. I had to wait a little bit for the bagel but I was on vacation and I didn’t mind it honestly. The location is very nice , they are located in the town centre and they have nice outdoor patio and seating options in the lawn outside. They have reserved parking for customers also. I also liked they have items for dogs and they welcome dogs inside.

Come here often. Steve was wonderful. He was patient, kind and out going. Amazing customer service. The guy delivering the food was awesome. The manager (female-long pony tail) when we walked in STARED hard at us. There was 7 of us. Steve waited on 3 of us. The manager came and removed Steve from the register while belittling him in front of customers. When a person in our party asked about food allergies she said “I dont know”. Then showed annoyance (annoying huffs and eye rolling) when asked to check. From our table we could hear how rudely she talked to customers. She messed up 2 of our groups orders and then said she could fix it because she was the manager. Would have been 5 stars if it wasn’t for her!! manager!!

The lady behind the counter was super rude and argued with lots of customers. One had found a bug in their drink and when she found it she claimed she “can’t control what’s in the air”. When the customer went back to sit down she loudly talked to the man in the kitchen loudly retelling him about what happened, almost yelling. But the man in the kitchen is very nice. all these reviews were right about this lady, very bad customer service.
