Was at Panaras last week for lunch with coworkers. Super busy, but don’t know why….? They had literally no food. No bagels, no chicken, no chips,no BBQ chicken. Our salads had some kind of shredded watery chicken from a can. They put very little on the salads. No chips as a side so we took apples. They we horrible. Hard skins with yucky taste. It will be a long time before We go back to Panaras in Peters township. Not sure what the problem was but Manager(s) need to keep a closer watch on how things are run there!

What happened to the quality at Panera, when did they start sprinkling pasta parmesan instead of the bid square chunks on salad? When were the croutons changed from being crispy to old stake bread with olive oil? When did french onion soup stop having big cheese overtop cooked to sprinkled gross cheese not even melted???? This place was a joke Robinson is way better… The quality here was the worst I’ve ever had for a two person meal $50 was not worth it I’d rather eat at an actual restaurant with lettuce that isn’t soggy and soup that’s actually warm … The worst I’ve ever had and for that I’ll never be back

Two consecutive trips with wrong orders. First trip chicken salad. Salad was only lettuce and chicken no other toppings. We asked for egg. They said they would make another and we could pick it up. I drove back (15 min). They hand me the same salad. “Sorry we are out of eggs and [the other toppings].” Then why did you allow me to place this order and why did you tell me to come back. 2nd trip: my sick wife wanted soup and bread. There were 2 things in this order. They forgot the bread and it was $9. I tried to call and they don’t answer the phone. Worst Panera ever. And in general Panera has become outrageously expensive. I dare you to order Mac n cheese.

The quality is awful for one, and if you try to order ahead you are wasting your time. It is never ready and anytime I ask anyone about my online order they’re very rude and confused. It’s run by a bunch of kids in high school so don’t expect much!

I’m officially done with this Panera. The quality has been on a steady decline. Today this is my 10 dollar steak and cheddar sandwich and my kid’s 5 dollar grilled cheese. There is one single slice of cheese. I could not be more disappointed. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Never again! I placed an order on Monday for my bagels for Christmas morning. I go to pick up my order on Christmas Eve to be informed they they only have 5 of the 13 bagels I ordered. Their excuse, “we had like 35 other orders”. If you already know you have that many orders, then you make enough to fill your online orders and if there is anything remaining that’s what you put out to sell. What is the point of ordering on line days before if they have no intention of actually filling the orders?
