that manager that doesn’t know how to walk is a real piece of work. she comes out and starts yelling at everyone and we’re in the lobby having a conversation with an attorney i have on retention. i paid for this lady to flip out. and then she waddles into hiding, comes back out and throws away my $15 dollar pen that was sitting on the table next to me with all my documents. we’re in a little table booth and no one was sitting next to me and she throws it away!!! i’m shocked she didn’t throw away any of my documents. i will not be returning to this location. i feel bad for anyone that works with her.

No steak on my spicy steak sandwich. The dark roast coffee was very weak with little flavor. Unfortunately, I got my meal to go and didn’t realize the poor quality until it was too late to return the food.

I buy a lot of bagels and bread here, but have significantly cut back on any of their prepared foods because there are always so many errors. Today, I had something left off my order (it was something I added and was charged extra for), and when I brought it to the attention of the manager, she looked visibly annoyed, insisted on remaking it for me (even though I requested just getting the item on the side), and then had a conversation with the staff behind the preparation area where they audibly expressed their annoyance. They say they want to know when there’s a mistake so they can fix it, but they really don’t. It was awkward for me, I’ll go elsewhere for my bread and bagels going forward.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Ordered through Uber. We had 3 soups and they sidnt double bag the soup so it seeped through the bottom of the bag. It was supposed to be bowls they gave us cups, supposed have to 2 bread bowls only gave us one. Giant mess would never recommend especially for what they charge!

I haven’t experienced such a warm welcoming upbeat happy fun loving atmosphere in a cafe of this style anywhere else as a customer since I was in Newport Beach California Kudos to the Baker the quality of the food is just like then tv ads and menu boards advertise it to be there are very few places that have such a skilled employee who can get the product to look as it does in the marketing videos billboards and menu boards yet this cafe is full of them from the workers on the line plating the food or packing it to go and the person making the in house products . Can’t speak enough positive things about this cafe to any and everyone it’s like the entire staff knows about presentation and quality and how much that matters to their customers

Prices are out of control which isn’t this specific locations fault. For over $21 we got a pick 2 that had a very small sandwich and a decent salad and one kids meal, no drinks. The kids meal was very sad, a few spoonfuls of broth for $6.69? I had to pay extra for the bread.

I’m officially done with this Panera. The quality has been on a steady decline. Today this is my 10 dollar steak and cheddar sandwich and my kid’s 5 dollar grilled cheese. There is one single slice of cheese. I could not be more disappointed. Save your money and go somewhere else.
