I wanted a cup of coffee but smelled the bagel aroma,
I am thrifty and don’t usually like laying out big coin for food but sprug for a gourmet bagel on impulse.

It was the absolute best bagel I’ve ever had, & I’ve had some bagels!

Bursting with flavor.
I’ll be back!

Gonna try the other ones on the menu eventually.

This branch, unlike other Bruegger’s Bagels locations, has closed the mobile order/order ahead option. This forced me to go into the store and order, which wasted my time. There was a panel right at the entrance asking me to download the Bruegger’s Bagels app, but order ahead was not available at this location, which was misinformation to future customers. The employee had no idea how the Bruegger’s Bagels rewards program worked, which again wasted my time ordering. When I got home and opened the two bagels, the bread was burnt on all the toasted parts. The staff at this location are unprofessional in every aspect, from service, cooking, to the app.

One of the most delicious breakfast bagels I’ve had. Nice variety of gourmet bagels to purchase. Their bagel sandwiches are definitely the best I’ve had and they cut them in half for ease of eating! The composition of the bagel sandwich was perfectly executed. Delicious and creamy, while not soggying the bagel itself. Solid structural integrity of the sandwich. Super delicious cream cheese selection. The honey sriracha was my favorite.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly too. Very nice and welcoming!!

I’ll be getting all my bagels from here from now on! The prices are also quite reasonable. Bakers dozen is ~13$. Great treat for grabbing some bagels for when family is in town from here.

I went in to get a bagel with salmon and the quickness was great but they barely put any cream cheese on my bagel and then when I asked if I could have a side of cream cheese they charged me $2 for it and there were about seven capers total as you can see in the picture. The customer service was nice, the people were pleasant but I’m not sure if it’s their uppers telling them to make the bagels this way or if they’re just doing it on their own. Not the best.

First time here. The employees were lovely and very helpful. The bagel I got was super fresh and tasty. Coffee was 10/10. Will definitely be returning soon.

I love their breakfast sandwiches. They are really high quality, though you pay a little extra for the quality. Their bagels are great with cream cheese as well and they sell bakers dozens (13) so that’s cool. There’s often a line, they work through it quickly, but it’s not exactly the speed you’d get in a drive through. Bottom line, if you can, spend an extra dollar, take five extra minutes, skip McDonalds and come here for breakfast.

Felt kind of sick after eating the southern brisket bagel sandwhich. It was very greasy and kind of over flattened. One of the staff members was pleasant but everyone else there seemed miserable and reflected it in all other aspects of there work. Place could us a sign pointing to where to order and pick up the items. Place seemed disorganized.

It has been probably 10 years since I’ve stepped in a Bruegger’s bagel and now I know why. The first thing I noticed was how tiny the bagels were in comparison to 10 years ago. I almost thought it was a mini bagel. I purchased the peppered bacon cheese and egg sandwich on a plain bagel. First of all, it was not peppered bacon, it was peppered egg. The egg was probably the worst tasting egg I’ve had in several decades. Unfortunately, I am spoiled and eat mostly organic eggs, but didn’t realize how dull and plain a microwaved egg tasted. I’ll give them credit for the fact that the sandwich was extremely hot. It was so hot that I couldn’t eat it for five minutes, in fact, almost burned my leg, while it was cooling. The sandwich was tasteless, the bacon tasted bland, the egg was horrible, but I must admit that the bagel was the best part, even though it was small. I purchased a cup of coffee, dark roast, the coffee was actually good, though the cream container was empty, and then when I asked to refill it, it seemed like the biggest chore. Once received it only had about a quarter cup of cream in the entire container. Not sure exactly the reason for this lack of filling. The next person would probably have the same problem as I did. Overall, my experience was extremely poor, but I gave it higher than normal rating because the coffee was very good. Needless to say, I will not be visiting here probably ever again. It’s a shame that a place that I used to come to often, many years ago, has gone downhill so far.

Of the Bruegger’s Bagels in the area, this location has the best bagels in my opinion. There doesn’t seem to be consistency across the franchise in terms of quality but this particular location makes nice thick round bagels with the everything bagel fully seasoned on both sides. The only knock is the lack of online order but they actually pick up the phone for call ins. Other locations don’t bother picking up the phone anymore and their bagels are not as good. They are in a small shopping strip near a Walmart Supercenter which makes it convenient to pick up bagels and groceries if you are in the area. I highly recommend this location.

I was a little confused because I got a turkey egg cheese bagel with no egg and unfortunately it was like 6$ but I take partial blame as I didn’t check my slip. Overall thought the bagel was still very tasty.
