I wish that I didn’t have to give any stars whatsoever. My experience today was very disheartening. I had gone in to order lunch, and had seen discriminatory acts against young children waiting in line to order. The said manager of this branch had pulled a group of boys aside (in front of everyone, was raising her voice as well) and said that they were unable to eat there due to the fact that they were not 16 or above. The manager, when explaining to me why they could not eat at this establishment due to their age, had enlighten me to the recent complaints of young children being disruptive. This group of boys was not being disruptive nor interfering with any other customers experience. When I asked if their corporate office was aware of this said agreement of turning young children away, she had replied “yes and the district manger.”

Bugs flying around the pastry case. Lisa the cashier was rude. She cut me off several times when I was asking questions around the pastry case. She tried picking up the large cookies without gloves and just use a plastic sheet. Cookies were breaking in half. I will stick to the Greece and Gates location. Cleaner, friendlier and better customer service. Atmosphere like night and day. Lisa could use additional training or should not be customer facing.

Just had the worst meal I have ever had at Panera. The chicken was left off my Green Goddess Cobb salad. The lettuce was quite wilted; I picked out many leaves that were inedible. The baguette was barely edible…it was hard, there was no crispy crust, and it needed salt. And it was hollow on the inside. As for service, well I ordered it at the kiosk, so no service to speak of.

This location in Brighton is always so frustrating. My mobile app order was nowhere to be found so I asked girl at register where do I pick up the to go. She says go back and ask them. People behind that counter 0there do not want you asking. After 20 minutes I go up to cash register again to say I’m concerned you didn’t receive my orders. She is picking her nails looks at me and says ask back there. I finally get up nerve to ask “back there” but have been reprimanded before for doing that. But It’s been done and sitting there for 20 minutes behind the counter. Manager apologized – he did – but my food was cold. My time is wasted becuz some cashier lady won’t go check. And the paper bags they use had hot steamy food and broke. I asked for large paper handle bag and the manager willingly got that while the girl standing around picking her nails – did nothing. I was sure to thank her for being so helpful in me finding my food. I won’t be going to this location again. They can’t handle their business. And the food comes out whenever – and the staff is against you not with you. Also I frequent a lot of restaurants and notice nobody cleans the glass doors and windows. The doors full of fingerprints and germs imo. Thank you. I hope they can get this Panera on Monroe Ave functioning better.

I may as well have gone to McDonald’s. My chicken sandwich seemed as though it was sitting around on a counter rather than made fresh for me. This was the first time that I had been to this location and won’t be back. The cheesy broccoli soup was good. Very expensive for the value of the meal.

Last time I got a different sandwich than what I ordered in to-go.. mentioned about that when I picked up today’s to-go order. No change in the taste and we enjoyed the food. Unfortunately we saw a paper(must be cheese sheet) in my kid’s sandwich. Appreciate if they take care in future.

I placed a delivery order through the app today and didn’t realize that it autocorrected my address to the wrong one. And when I tried to call the delivery driver from door dash it went straight to voice-mail and the store didn’t pick up the phone no matter how many times I called. I’ve rarely been this frustrated over an order and will definitely never order delivery again. It has been a disappointing experience, as normally I enjoy Panera.

The woman taking the orders has the personality of a fish and there are honey Badgers with more courtesy . My very expensive sandwich had brown to black lettuce on it when I took it up to the manager he asked me if I wanted new lettuce, really!!!

I’ve ordered a few times around 7pm. Horrible service. This place averages completing an order maybe once every 10 minutes. 5 workers standing around, disappearing into the back, doing everything they can to not work. No manager anywhere. Slowest Panera I’ve ever experienced.

This location is consistently terrible. I usually love Panera, which is why I have given them multiple chances but my orders are frequently wrong/ missing items. Today I only ordered one item, so they managed to get that part right (hence the one star) but the avocado slices they gave me were unacceptable. This wasn’t the first time it had looked questionable but today it was the worst I have seen. Note to Panera employees: If you wouldn’t eat it yourself, don’t put it on a paying customer’s sandwich.
