Panera bread has very tasty food and quite a varied menu. My wife and I had actually a coupon for one of those two four things? So my wife picked a full sandwich and I had one of the bowls but I think it was only a half bowl of the teriyaki chicken (very good), included was a French roll of some kind we also got a lemonade just one and a one bag of chips. Without the $15 coupon it would have been $25! I don’t know it just seems like it’s certainly it’s not worth that much?

The person at the front who took our order wasn’t friendly wasn’t helpful. I told her I never went there before. She hands me a hockey puck thing. Several minutes later it makes a noise and vibrates around the table. I literally screamed and jumped up. I waited for ever for someone to deliver my food. Some one from another table finally told me I had to go get my own food. WHAT????!!!Where do go??? Finally I found a spot where people were waiting. Again a rude silent employee stood there….. I had no clue what was mine. I was HORRIFIED at the service of Panera Bread.

I worked at Panera. This location is one of a kind in service and atmosphere but unfortunately not in a good way. Trade secret everything is microwaved in the back. They almost refuse to train their employees which leads to the service mishaps many have wrote about in other reviews. The managers don’t care for their employees nor the customers. While most large business corporations favor the saying the customer is always right. I would argue Panera does not value you as a customer at this location. I would eat there from time to time either on breaks, quick meal after work, or even just as a normal customer and it was shameful. Nobody should be waiting 30 mins for a hot drink such as a latte. But so few people are actually trained on barista nobody can get around to doing it. If I were to have to find blame in this restaurant it would be completely mismanagement.

I like Panera a lot and visit fairly often. I’ve always thought that their food was top notch and very reasonably priced. My only complaint with this location is that they get my most frequent order (a breakfast sandwich) wrong about a third of the time. I always ask for the egg over easy. Sometimes, it’s scrambled. I always ask for it on Ciabatta bread. Sometimes, I get Brioche. This Saturday, my wife and I went here and I got the sandwich on Brioche after repeating the Ciabatta request twice to the young woman at the counter. However the sandwich is prepared, they’re always good! And I never say anything – mainly because the staff are so pleasant and friendly.

Food selection is good, service could have been better. We got a gal who didn’t know what she was doing at the register. Almost tripped on the gal vacuuming when she lifted the vacuum to check the bottom of it as I was walking by, she never looked. The brownie we got was older and hard to chew. The chicken noodle soup was flavorful, baked potato soup wasn’t the worst soup I’ve had, but far from the best. Sandwiches were ok. The overall experience was subpar. This is not our normal location, and I don’t think we will be back.

I don’t come to Panera often enough. They have great food. I had the soup, broccoli cheddar with a half ham and swiss cheese sandwich. Delicious! My son and his girlfriend had the bread bowls; 4 different soups to choose from on their diverse menu. I also had their cafe mocha, excellent, no other place comes close to theirs. Nice warmth on a cold winter day!
