Absolutely horrendous experience with this place (twice). I order rapid pick-up since I only have limited time for lunch. Waited 15 minutes past my original pick up time today, before cancelling in store. The 2 gentlemen in front of me had been waiting for over 25 minutes past their pick up time. The last time I ordered, and actually got my food, the Mac and Cheese was cold, sandwich was sloppily put together. I understand this is essentially a fast food chain, but come on.

Had a nice little lunch at the local Panera bread near the hospital during a work trip. The staff were very nice, however, the food was just alright. They did a good job making sure the spaces were being cleaned as people left, which is something that was great to see! All in all, not a bad place to sit and get some work done!

I was very disappointed with my food here. It was my first time going and I had heard good things about it. The bread was the only thing that was good. I ordered two sandwiches and both of them had so little in between the pieces of bread that I felt like I was just eating a bread sandwich. Not what I was expecting for 30 US dollars!

I went here with a few friends of mine. While I ordered a chocolate chip bagel with cream cheese on it, they ordered a mac and cheese which both delighted and filled them up. My bagel made me happy, as well. The service was prompt, the atmosphere was just like every other Panera I’ve ever been to accept that I was listening to music in this one whereas in other panera’s music was not permitted.
