This location is awesome. Brightly lit. Very Clean. Staff super friendly. They were out of hot water. I advised one of the staff of it. He immediately set out to refill it. He advised it would be back refilled in 3 mins. As I was waiting a very helpful and sweet employee asked for my cup and filled it for me so I didn’t have to wait. I wish I remembered his name. He was prepping bread bowls this morning. He’s awesome. Food was as expected.

The meals in different Panera Bread locations have always been fine, but for some reason, this location seems taste better. The workers are pleasant and the layout is much more spacious (especially the pickup area) and more relaxing. The waiting time for the meals is also less than in other locations. The experience, so far, has always been positive in this location.

Stopped by for a quick lunch during work. Tried the flatbread with a soup and salad and can’t argue with how consistent they are here. There may be a wait because of all the online orders but sitting down was doable.

Very friendly and nice people behind the counter taking orders and behind the serving station. Granted, I went off-peak but would like to see how they work during peak demand. FYI – free WiFi – very helpful but beware – it is unsecured so use a VPN.

The people who have left bad reviews must have came on opening weekend when ~ obviously~ there are still kinks to be worked out; that or they are friends with the 90 year old gentleman who complained today about having to sit and wait for his food to be delivered to his table instead of picking it up at the window (seriously?!)

I come here probably like 7 times a month and I kid you not, 100% of the time they badly, badly mess up my order. Like a salad with nothing on it, or serve fully rotten salad, or give you the wrong sandwich etc. Just now I opened my Greek salad to see that it’s a Caesar salad and it is also fully rancid! Like the smell made me gag it was so bad. Panera as a brand has gone down the toilet and is really no better than the worst fast food quality at this point. That’s what happens when you probably pay people next to nothing to work there. I hope they invest in their people and brand more someday and turn this mess around because it really was such a nice place for so long.

Who ever worked at preparing take outs today on May 24 2023 at launch time around 12:45-1PM, you guys did a really bad job. First of all I didn’t get my latte and needed to go back on half way home. But what was even more frustrating, that you made my Goddess cobb salad without eggs. Eggs are one of the reason I chose that salad over the others and I realized it when I was already at home which is 20 minutes of driving away from panera. Sorry, can’t put more than 1 star and it’s only for take outs poor service, but like the food especially when it’s complete.

Food is always good, especially for Panera. My biggest complaint about this location is that the tracking board is frustratingly inaccurate. Even when it says your order is ready, you’re still waiting 10 minutes until the order is even put out. I don’t mind waiting, especially when it is busy, but just don’t say it’s ready when it isn’t.

OH EM GEE THEIR VEGGIE SANDWICH WAS SOOOOOOO GOOD IT WAS SO HUMMUSSYYY no but in all seriousness they need less sweet bread. Their vegetable sandwich had dessert-like bread in between. Otherwise, it’s pretty good… but expensive. Not bad if you’re desperate.
