We’ve been to Panera plenty of times, and it never disappoints. My favorite dish is the Chipotle Chicken & Bacon pizza that has amazing taste! We love coming here as a family and enjoying some delicious food! And of course, their bread is very good!

The people who have left bad reviews must have came on opening weekend when ~ obviously~ there are still kinks to be worked out; that or they are friends with the 90 year old gentleman who complained today about having to sit and wait for his food to be delivered to his table instead of picking it up at the window (seriously?!)
This place is brand new and incredibly welcomed! It was packed on a Tuesday workday at lunch time yet there was still enough seats to relax and enjoy the warm indoors.
The food was delicious and plentiful, the service and helpers were quick, and the price was just right.
I ordered via the kiosk once I got to the store, and after paying, my food was delivered to my table within 4 minutes – not exaggerating. I have the receipt with time of order placed and picture of my food (because yes, I love taking pics of my food ) time stamp to prove it! Everything was delivered correctly too.
So, so happy this Panera Bread opened up- definitely going to become a new staple in my lunch trips!

This location is awesome. Brightly lit. Very Clean. Staff super friendly. They were out of hot water. I advised one of the staff of it. He immediately set out to refill it. He advised it would be back refilled in 3 mins. As I was waiting a very helpful and sweet employee asked for my cup and filled it for me so I didn’t have to wait. I wish I remembered his name. He was prepping bread bowls this morning. He’s awesome. Food was as expected.

I always order the same chipotle avo melt sandwich with extra mixed greens for pick up and no matter what, it always contains unfresh, slimy, mixed greens that should’ve been thrown out. The greens are never fresh and I always pull them out, so I’m not getting any healthy parts to the sandwich. No matter when I order, it always ends up the same. Throw out your spoiled greens and get fresh ones. Not coming back for this because it’s never fresh like advertised.

I ordered online the Smokehouse BBQ Chicken (without red onions) and this is what I got! No crispy onion and no sauce. I was already home when I opened it but I was extremely disappointed. On top of missing half the ingredients, the sandwich had little to no chicken, spent $12 to eat bread – very disappointed.

Needed something to eat while I was headed to harrison. This panera came up on my GPS and I was more amazed on the inside of it. So bright and clean, the place is spacious. A Panera looking like this should be sitting close to 4.5 and above and if not…What seems to be the problem? I see too many reviews on poor customer service. In “certain” parts of the South the customer service is top tier with old mechanics and decor. If people do not know how to deliver proper customer service, why are they still there. Start dealing with your workers accordingly.

Very clean and organized. Staff is corteous and always willing to assist you if you need help with your orders. Food is always fresh. Music is appropriate and relaxing while you eat and/or talk with your friends/family.

I comings here very often, like 4 to 6 times per week. Food is great, the atmosphere is nice. To the management I will recommend to watch for outsiders that come with cups that are not purchased in the business and refill from the soda machine, that will take a little toll in the business in the long term.
