This Panera Bread location has some of the most friendliest employees I’ve come across. They’re always very kind and happy to help when you ask. Like most restaurants/food places, you can tell they may be short on staff at times, but when you need assistance, they are very attentive. It can get a little messy at times, and on occasion, you have to order from the kiosk since there’s no one in the front. Recently, I had the Mediterranean bowl, and it was delicious.

I signed up for the sips club which was great. 12 bucks a month for a coffee every two hours. I don’t even have to go to the register. Order online, Go straight to the coffee, grab a cup, make it and leave. A beautiful system. The they took the cups away. Then I go to register to get a cup but there is never anyone at the counter. Then without warning they started putting cups out with my name. There is no isn’t ruction on how to navigate this process that changes every day. Also 20% of the time there is no coffee. 50% there is no sugar syrup. I only get the cup of coffee I actually want, hassle free a small portion of the time. Honestly, I’m thinking of canceling.

Campus Town Panera is a very nice place. It’s clean, lively, a good layout with seasonal outdoor seating. Staff is professional, and courteous. My only issue with this location is that the dining room music is loud. Also, I’ve noticed of late the portion/price ratio has changed. The quality of the food is consistently good.

I order 1/2 Mediterranean Veggie that had no argula, 3 pieces of red onions, smalls bits of Peppadew peppers, 3 pieces of slice cummbers, tiny bit of soggy emerald green and payed $11.00. I don’t no what is going, but when you rob people you won’t prosper for long. I’ve been eating at Panera since it open & I have never had a problem or made complaints. However, for the first time today I decided I rather get a veggie sandwich from subways even though they are not organic before I allow Panera to take my money. It appears that Panera is putting less ingredients in there food but charging higher prices. Okay, I decided I have a choice not to eat at Panera anymore.

This place was very horrible! My whole team and I came to this Panera after a track meet and was craving Panera Bread. They tried to tell us that they were under staff and backed up. But from my perspective they were not busy because there wasn’t much people in the restaurant and the workers were just standing around talking. They just did not want to take our order because we were a big group. I do not recommend this Panera!

The staff was very attentive, this is not about them. I was not expecting to have a thin piece of parchment paper be the only thing between my bread bowl soup and the table. When I inquired about a plate I was told they do not have a dishwasher. I’d expect this from an establishment that may have this setup in order to save money to provide low prices to their customers and fair pay and benefits for their employees. But you don’t, that is why you don’t have a dishwasher. The least you could do is to provide paper plates.
