Lunch rush makes the wait a bit longer, especially when ordering inside and not ordering ahead, but the quality of food is pretty standard across other Paneras. Bathroom were decently clean, could smell better, but overall ok.

Three months between mistakes. I’m ok with that. Tonight 5/17/2021, my order as well as others I observed while waiting were not correct. I didn’t know mine was a problem until I got home. If it weren’t for what I heard and saw during my visit, I would have let it go until morning. But my entree was also wrong so I brought both items back and spoke with the manager. He was very helpful, I was kind and understanding. Mistakes do happen, dinner rush issues plus computer issues make the rush worse. They do work hard. I wasn’t out for money or credits, simply what I ordered and to understand what happened in both mistakes given what I observed and heard while my meal was prepped. An inconvenience to get home, go back, wait, then home again, type this, then eat. But I’ll keep going back. They may make a mistake, but they get it right in the end.

I have to edit this rating by downgrading. If I could give it a half a star, I would. I ordered a chocolate chip muffin at around 6pm yesterday 3/28/2023 and about 20% through eating it, I swallowed something hard then felt something hard grind my back teeth. I spit it out and it was bright blue really hard plastic. Of course, I’m appalled. I go to the counter and tell the associate and show him the blue piece. He says, “Oh, I know exactly what this is, it’s what we bake the muffin in. I’ll get you something else. There was no apology or disposal of the rest of the batch!!!! I wasn’t immediately in pain and didn’t really feel like making a stink so I continue doing my work but man oh man, about 20 minutes later, I had pain that traveled from place to place including my esophagus, chest, and stomach. I tell the associate again who tells the manager. He comes back and says, “Oh, the manager says that hasn’t happened in 4 years”. Are you kidding me?!!! This is the way you handle this?!!! Still no apology or suggestion of how to make things right and no disposal of the batch of muffins. I immediately went to urgent care. This WILL be continued!

Have you ever been been given wipes at a restaurant by its’ employees to clean your own table? Yeah, this happened today. To be fair, I did ask for something to clean a table as they were all dirty but as a former food service employee, I would’ve never given the wipes to a customer for them to do it themselves. That’s NOT good customer service…but more importantly, CLEAN THE DINING ROOM TABLES AND FLOOR!!! DO BETTER.
