We did not go for the drinks, we went for lunch and were somewhat disappointed. They were out of fries (which happens), so we needed to change our order, and the chicken sandwich looked like it had the breast of a Cornish game hen – maybe 3 ounces, that did not even fill the bun.

Wanted to try a new place when we found this one. Ordered the Fish Bites, Fried Pickles and the Reuben. Fried pickles are a must try! The fish was cooked perfectly and very tasty. My wife is a big Reuben fan and loved her sandwich. Nice little bar and grill. Definitely worth a stop.

Great neighborhood bar! Friendly staff, cold beer, great food options. Burgers, Rueben, Goose Sandwich are all good. Very consistent. Can be busy on Tuesdays and Thursday from 5-7pm due to Taco nights, but usually calms down after that.

Nice neighborhood bar and grill. We sat outside on a beautiful evening. They offered a few local beers and we chose two different IPAs that each had its own high points. Then we ordered the Friday fish special. Tasty catfish with hand-cut fries and slaw. It was all good except I’m not a fan of their vinegar-forward slaw. My wife likes it though. For sitting outside, we had very good service. We’ll go back for a drink or sandwich.

The Glazed Goose has become a regular favorite of mine! Not only it is very convenient, but the staff is top notch and they feature a delicious variety of menu items – all VERY REASONALBLE. Their “fresh-cut fies” are the best in Topeka!

It was packed when we got there at 6pm. Had to sit outside til table opened up. Found out Taco Tuesday specials bring un the crowd. Food is great, pretzel bites are amazing if you get them w/ beer cheese!
