Frozen chicken in my salad. I ordered a Cobb salad and got a ceaser salad and ordered a small mac and cheese. The manager replaced it with the Cobb salad which is full of wilted lettuce and chicken that looks old. He also said I could keep the caesar salad and that he took the chicken out of it (gross). So basically spent $14 on a small mac and cheese. Would’ve preferred a refund.

Was there with my adult daughter and my wife. We placed our orders. I had a cob salad. My daughter and wife had sandwiches with turkey. Food was delish. Great food good size salad and a great cup of coffee. Have been to Paneras many times. Always pleased.

Most Panera’s are pretty consistent. Unfortunately, this was the worst I’ve experienced. My salad was half the size it usually is, the bacon tasted old, the chicken was frozen and there was hardly any dressing on it. The bread tasted like it had been over baked the day before and frozen. Everything just tasted old and stale. Atleast the soup was consistent. I won’t be back to this location.

I come here just about as much if not more than Starbucks for my Passion Papaya Green Tea however today I was wanting to try a new flavor and they tried to read me a list of options but nothing convinced me so I ordered my usual drink and when I was at the window I was greeted by Zack (hope I heard that correctly) he was so awesome he ended up letting me taste 3 of their charged lemonades & woah were they good I’m so happy when people like Zack go above and beyond for customers and that’s what reviews should be about as well. Ordered the Caprese Melt.. store was out of arugula so I opted for mixed greens.. the first two bites was nothing but bread. Besides lacking the arugula the bread was a bit soggy and the sandwich lacked any substance.
