Ordered 3 cups for the same pickup time. There was 1 cup on the counter even though all 3 were marked completed. The iced coffee is just as bad as the Groton Panera. The iced tea is darker than the iced coffee. The product is very weak and lacking flavor. I thought Panera’s claim to fame was supposed to be consistency. Our store in MA almost always has great iced coffee but I have yet to get a good cup at the Groton or Waterford stores. Looking at the staff I suspect they are managed by the same people.

It’s really not difficult to make good iced coffee.

I had a fantastic experience at Panera Bread in New London, Connecticut! The food was fresh, flavorful, and served quickly—even during the lunch rush. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, with a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to sit and enjoy my meal. The staff were kind, attentive, and truly cared about providing great service. From the warm bread to the perfectly brewed tea, everything hit the spot. Whether you’re grabbing something to go or sitting down for a quiet meal, this location does it right. Highly recommend!

App is fairly easy to navigate. Really wish they had gluten free bread options bagels wraps sliced breads etc .. kinda really sucks! Consider adding to your menu. They offer specific parking Spot for curbside or online order picks ups. They are located right by Ulta. Across from Target. Ample parking.

I have ordered here 4 times, 4 times, from the Panera app and they have messed up my order every single time! Absolutely ridiculous! From forgetting items to not following the customizations! I even call to make sure they receive it and to not forget anything. I contact my delivery driver to have them help me as well. This is the last time that I will be ordering from this location. You lost a customer.

Ordered kids cheese , chips and drink. Sat with my kid and watched my name get pushed to bottom for 45 mins. Went and told the manager what’s up with that. She replied o that’s just how it’s done at Panera??? So can’t tell but seems like they work on uber eats orders first and then kiosk orders then people actually walk up and order at the front. But 45 mins later and my name still was at the bottom we left. FOR A KIDS CHEESE MEAL!!!

I came a couple of days after a snowstorm and the handicap part, not the ramp has snow, ice. It’s a hazard. Told the manager, and he said. We are just the tenant, and I think it was meant for you to come up the ramp. So, walk around my car disabled, with ice and possibly fall because it’s hard for me to walk up a slant. Not everyone disabled is in a wheelchair. Absolutely no care for the disabled at all. No help at all. Like I bothered him with my concern. They have snow shovels right when you come in the door, but like he said not his responsibility. Who’s is it then?

What i’s like coming here to get a coffee. You arrive and use a kiosk. Then you grab your cup but no lid. Then you have to walk down to the soda area where you find no lids. You wait to ask for a lid. Then you go to put half n half in your cup, but none left. You have to wait again to get half n half. A manager takes it but doesn’t fill it. Puts it on the counter. She proceeded to do something else. You are still waiting. Five minutes, she then fills up the half n half and hands it to you. You put half n half in and realize the coffee area is a hot mess. You start cleaning the area because it has not been kept up on at all. You then go to finally get the coffee, and there isn’t enough coffee to make a large. You then have to wait to tell someone, but then they have to make more. So now something you thought was going to be in and out, you are now waiting 20 min or more to get a coffee. Seriously, it’s not worth at all coming here for coffee. I’d rather drive out of my way for coffee and / or pleasant workers.
Do you know when you go to a restaurant and everything is great then it slowly goes downhill. The previous experience isn’t a one-time thing, its like often.
Get my salad, asked for balsamic. I go to open the dressing n it sorta looks like balsamic but I taste it and it was very sweet. I go back to the counter and inquire. The man says oh that’s Tai … of course.” All my allergies prob rapped into one. The girl starts looking for ingredients. The manager jumps in. He gave me water after I asked him for one. Taking forever, so I went to go sit down, thinking they’d find me to let me know. I’m sitting there, getting hives, but not a lot because I didn’t take that big of a bite. They never came to find me. I never tried to see if I was ok. Surprising. I just dealt with it because I’m used to this kind of stuff. I’m just lucky I get hives n not anything worse. The moral of the story is to check your stuff and, before tasting, check in with the kitchen because after u eat it, you probably won’t get any information like I did

Wasn’t there for the atmosphere. Used the app to place a to go order. I was told a time got there and it was half an hour past the time I was told. The order was missing items and the sandwich was completely wrong not to mention no pickle no utensils no chips. The employees working were more interested in talking with each other despite the fact the line has grown and no one’s orders were getting accomplished in a timely manner. People have time for lunch and expect things to be correct!

I watched them mess up three peoples orders in a row including mine when it wasn’t even busy. The woman was rude and unapologetic to all the customers. I’ll continue to eat Panera but never again at that location.
