Expensive for mediocre food. The strawberry poppy seed chicken salad was okay. My boyfriend got the steak and white cheddar sandwich and said it was the worst sandwich he has ever had. It looked very sloppy and almost as if they took it from the garbage and threw it on a plate. Also, wish their menu had better descriptions of their products. We will not be returning.

It was smooth operating business pre-covid, post covid I have to wait 45 minutes for half a sandwich. Fooled me twice, wont get me a 3rd till new management takes over. Front of the house is nice, the back is obviously frustrated with impatient customers making situations even more unpleasant for both parties involved.

So I work for doordash and had a fun time here. I get there and I’m looking around for the order. It’s sitting right there and everyone seems to be getting helped except for me. So 15 minutes goes by and when this rude old women finally asks me what I need, I asked for the order sitting on the back counter. She then proceeds to tell her husband/boss “Jim” that I have an attitude? All I did was ask for the order. So I tried to explain I was just asking for the order when “Jim” starts telling me to shut up and get out. When I asked him who he was he got in my face and started spelling his name like some toddler. Honestly if you’re that high strung all the time you probably shouldn’t work with the public. And it seems through these reviews I’m not the only one with an issue at the front counter. Really poor and pathetic treatment. Not a safe location for dashing.

App is fairly easy to navigate. Really wish they had gluten free bread options bagels wraps sliced breads etc .. kinda really sucks! Consider adding to your menu. They offer specific parking Spot for curbside or online order picks ups. They are located right by Ulta. Across from Target. Ample parking.

False Advertising? I did the You Pick 2 offer, but they gave me only a 1/2 salad. I asked about where it says that, and they said it doesn’t. They said I can speak to a manager. He said: “You’re the 1st person to say this in 7 years…. I’m not giving you a whole salad”.

This morning walked in after reading the sign on the door. No egg sandwich. That was fine. What was not fine was an older lady employee was really rude about us looking at the menu for breakfast choices. Was weird, rude, and uncalled for. Now uncomfortable…had to go to Denny’s.

What its like coming here to get a coffee. You arrive and use kiosk. Then you grab your cup but no lid. Then you have to walk down to the soda area where you find no lids. You wait to ask for a lid. Then you go to put half n half in your cup but,none left. You have to wait again to get half n half. A manager takes it but doesn’t fill it. Puts it on the counter. She proceeded to do something else. You are still waiting. Five minutes she then fills up the half n half and hands it to you. You put half n half in and realize the coffee area is a hot mess. You start cleaning the area because it has not been kept up on at all. You then go to finally get the Coffee and there isn’t enough coffee to make a large. You then have to wait to tell someone but then they have to make more. So now something you thought was going to be in and out you are now waiting 20 min or more to get a coffee. Seriously not worth at all coming here for coffee. Id rather drive out of my way for coffee and or pleasant workers.

I have never order online before. I was ordering a bacon turkey bravo for my husband. I mark a milk allergy. In the comments I said no sauce, mayo please. I then click that I wanted tomato turkey bacon salt and pepper. Unknowingly I was clicking them out. My husband’s sandwich had lettuce and cheese. As the receipt clearly says allergen(s) milk why was there cheese on the sandwich??? Is there no quality control? Clearly I understand my mistake. But I can’t even call to get this resolved because you’re not answering
